Terrible experience went in to have a PCM pressure control module changed in my Chevy HD only to be told that they needed to drop the fuel tank and remove a bunch of components underneath my pickup to access the area which was 100% untruthful as it is a part that sits on the top of the motor on the fuel rail and requires absolutely zero tools to access and remove this piece I changed it myself part with $60 and it took me just under 3 minutes to change it myself with zero experience that is enough for me never again take me off your mailing list I have no interest in doing any business with such an establishment shame on you

I brought my Canyon diesel in for an oil change before heading back home to Alberta.I had some concerns, using the right oil because it’s a diesel, cross treading the oil pan bolt, ensuring the oil is topped up after initially starting the motor and tighten torque the oil pan bolts to required specifications.It looks like all my concerns were considered except the oil wasn’t topped up but it was caught by the Service Advisor Matt and he topped it up before the truck rolled out the service door.Thank you Matt.

A great experience at Mike Fair's! After my car breaking down on Monday before moving out of the province, Kerry Ryan found me the perfect car! The great customer service continued with Dennis McIsaac as he dealt with all the financing, insurance, and licensing over the phone to have the car ready in less than 48 hours! I had a conversation with the General Manager, Patrick Butler, who wanted to ensure I had a great buying experience at the dealership. I also had the pleasure of having a great chat with sales consultant Tom Haskins providing me with great stories and inventory updates from GM. And to top it all off, Courtney took 20 min with me to make sure my car was set to my preferred specifications, setting up On Star, Blue Tooth, and giving me a tutorial on all the options included in the vehicle. I highly recommend Mike Fair Chevrolet!

Found staff to be ignorant and rude the man at the front desk wouldn't even stop eating for a second to serve me would rather communicate with him as full of food they tried to charge me $1,200 to change fuel pressure module on my 2500 HD which was a $70 part that I installed myself within 30 seconds no tools required just a pop in Plug and Play piece not a trustworthy dealership they play their cards on the fellas coming in to buy a new Cadillac and or Corvette

Why I won't buy my next car from Mike Fair Chevrolet. Brought my Chevy Volt there to get my car antenna re-connected. They told me it would cost $600 and I needed a new antenna. I asked them if it would be cheaper if all that was wrong was that the connector plug had come loose, as I suspected, and they said the main cost was removing and replacing the headliner which would take at least 4 hours (I looked up the cost of a new antenna and it's only $25, so they were correct that not changing the antenna wouldn't save anything). I said I didn't think $600 was worth it since I could get whatever I needed by connecting my phone to the car radio, at which point they told me if I didn't agree to $600 then there would be a $120 diagnostic charge - to tell me what I already knew! Given paying $120 for nothing or $600 for getting the radio working, I told them to go ahead then and book an appointment, which they didn't, they just said they would call me when they could book it in. Brought the car home, slipped open the headliner at the rear hatch weatherstripping, reached my hand in and reconnected the antenna plug in less than 30 seconds (could have replaced the antenna that way as well without taking down the headliner). Three weeks later they called me with an appointment... Sorry Mike Fair, either you're not very smart or you're outright dishonest, so you lost my business.

The service department at Mike Fair might be the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Calling me to tell me a certain part/chip is in and when I call to make appointment for that part they book me in only to show up on the date and drop my truck off and get a call back saying truck is ready but part wasn’t installed because it’s not in yet. Absolutely incompetent. God I miss Honda

Just purchased a 2022 Buick Envision and couldn't be happier with the buying experience. We were treated with respect and were in and out in an hour and a half, without all the usual negotiating back and forth. Right off the bat they offered us a very fair trade in value and a more than reasonable discount on the new car and they accepted our counteroffer without fuss. We live an hour and a half away from the dealership but will certainly return in the future.
