Favorite Tim's. Been going here with the hubby now for about 4 years straight every single day and order breakfast. Same thing. They know who we are by name and can tell over the speaker in the drive thru. Love Dianne aka mom""

The lady handed an coffee with the lid just resting on the top(not actually put on properly) to us. It then burnt our driver and ruined his favourite expensive sweater. We then asked the lady why didn’t she put the lid on the coffee properly, she replied “thank you have a good day”… She clearly couldn’t speak English either.Be careful when ordering here.

I found a hair in my iced coffee here, I brought it back and explained my issue and they took back my coffee, and then afterwards gave me the same coffee back. I contacted the general manager and corporate, but neither of them are doing a thing

I went there after around 9 pm and could not purchase any food. Apparently they don't serve any food/pasty/doughnut after a set time. I had to go to another tims to purchase some doughnuts. I will not be going back to the one on kenmount road again. This is the full sized one not the one attached to a gas station.

Coffee was tasty but service was awful.Drive-thru server did not speak at all, just handed me the debit machine although I was giving them cash, took the cash, gave me my change, handed me a tray with my couple of drinks I ordered although I didn't ask for nor want a tray then shut the window in my face after I politely thanked them. Very uncomfortable. This worker should NOT be on drive-thru window.

Kenmount Road, Thorburn Road, Manuel’s, Kelligrews, Legion Road by the new Stadium, Tim’s in the Avalon Mall. The reason I’m listing these chains of Tim Hortons is because it’s own by the same owners, owners who don’t care about their customers as long as they get your money. I put a complaint in about the service ( ORDERS ALWAYS MADE WRONG COFFEE INSTEAD OF A ICE CAP OR TEA INSTEAD OF A ICE CAP) and how badly I was treated ( SAUCY,RUDE.)and the owners did nothing about it. The next time I went in the same staff that I complained about was serving people and looking over at me laughing.

I was speaking very slow and carefully so i am easy to understand and every time i tried to add something i was interupted over and over again i was unable to speak and some rude grumpy lady took over the drive thru and just sounded like she was angry with me over the headset and the greeting at the window wasnt the friendliness. Also repeated myself 6 times!!! And they still got my order wrong. For me personally I would go the extra way too another tim hortans franchise. This was my third chance with them since it is on my route of convenience but not again.

The food is good... However recently this location has been closed to eating inside. They have a sign on the door that says they don't have enough staff to maintain service. So this location is drive through only for most of the week. That is quite an inconvenience, also a shame as inside this is quite a well designed space with nice decor.

They got my order wrong Both times I was there. First time I asked for coffee they gave me tea.. Second time was today and I asked for two strawberry filled donuts and they gave me birthday cake.. not going there anymore. Overall this store needs to pay more attention to there customers and give them what they are asking for.

WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD AT A TIM HORTONS!!!They served me burnt potato wedges that were completely inedible, and forgot my chipotle dip with them. I went back inside to get fresh wedges and my dip, I was standing there about 5 minutes being completely ignored. A guy walks over to the counter puts timbits and a coffee there and says here’s your order… I said no I’m actually just waiting to complain about these wedges, I then asked for fresh ones and a lady working yells out to tell me she served me the last ones, makes sense as to why they were so dry and burnt. This was around 4:15pm, and they didn’t plan on making any more?My iced coffee was also white there was that much cream in it, I asked for extra base not cream. At this point I wanted a refund, the lady asked me if I wanted it in card or cash, I said cash. Then she walks away and continues working in the kitchen? I again stood there for over 5 minutes just waiting for a refund… 2 men also waiting starting telling me how horrible their experience was too. After this I still didn’t have my money back, or any fresh food so I told them I’d be back for my refund and that I couldn’t wait any longer. I was on my lunch break and I couldn’t even enjoy it, I had to leave and get back to work.. never again!!!! The employees at this specific location are undertrained and super ignorant to their customers, if I could rate 0 stars I would. Pathetic.
