Very fast and efficient company, would deal with them again in a heartbeat!

About 10 years ago this company was hired by my insurance company to clean up and repair damage done by a leaky roof. I had to continually call them to see when they were going to come and complete the job. Once they were here, they seemed to only come for a short time and always had another job to go to. I had to be very firm in the fact that they needed to complete the job they had started and had promised to be done by a certain date, as was far behind schedule.Fast forward years ahead and I have seen two more examples of this company's work ethic. I am part of a committee which received an outrageous quote for a clean up job.On another job, in which they were actually awarded the work I have seen their shoddy work.

Today I was in a home that was recently built by Paul Davis Cornwall and I am shocked by the unsatisfactory quality of work that has been done.

I went into a business today that has recently been renovated by Paul Davis Cornwall, to find it has now been torn apart and a new company hired to fix the mistakes made by Paul Davis.

We had water damage due to ice damming. We called and they were at our house in a few hours talking with us about what they thought the problem was and how they were going to restore the damage back to what it was. Their teams were curious, professional, and quick and very clean. They also went out of their way to be as helpful as possible and dealt with the insurance company and talked us through the process which, as a first time insurance claimer, was nice. We would recommend the Cornwall/Brockville branch to anyone.

My brother recently had a rebuild done and I am astounded by the inferior work completed…and not completed. Shingles off, water damage, now mold etc and still no resolution to remedy the concerns. A family who has already lost so much to a fire is now dealing with an incredible lack of compassion and lack of professionalism with more work ahead of them to fix the repairs they’ve caused than one could imagine. I have seen the house first hand…shocking. Hopefully Paul Davis will redeem themselves and stay true to the commitments they claim.

in June of 2020, we had a major house fire with extensive damage in Brockville. Paul Davis was hired for the demolition and rebuild. In June 2021, with many outages left behind i.e. 40 screws protruding up through bottom of kitchen cabinets , Live electrical wire left hanging 2 feet out of wall. Siding not properly installed. we have a plank holding up loose siding to prevent it from blowing off in wind. Defective lighting, damaged cabinet drawer, a door that won't open, missing door, missing window screen. The list goes on.... On numerous occasions , they have been contacted to come back and finish. they have ignored all requests to this date.

Over the winter our above ground pool fell. We called our insurance company and they got us in contact with Paul Davis construction. Chris Currier was our contractor and was fantastic! He kept us up to date on everything that was going on with the pool company that was hired to replace our pool. We had a few hiccups with the pool company and Chris stayed on top of everything and resolved any issues that we came across. He was super responsive to any messages with questions I had including when I had to call him at 6:30am because there was a factory defect in the liner of the pool after install and our pool was losing water rapidly. He came out to the house himself and got in contact with the pool company to get guys there immediately to help. The pool got pumped out and a new liner replaced within 24 hours. I couldn't ask for faster or better service than that!
