No manners, no respect, un-professional, poorly managed shop, what else can I say this store and its management has it all.People seriously stay away from this store if I took the time to write this message its because it is purely honest. The good reviews here are most probably family/friends as usual. Ordered an RC car for my 5 year old for his birthday. They told me they will receive two of those RC cars on Friday and that I can reserve one with a $200 deposit. I made sure I asked the girl at the counter if she is sure cause its important I get it on Friday, she told me do not worry there are 2 coming in and no one has reserved any of them and she double checked in her system. When I called Friday they told me they got it and I can go pick it up. They called me back after 30 minutes to tell me someone had reserved it before you and we have no more and to wait for their next shipment, try explaining that to a 5 year old, the store girl knew about my situation and had told me that no one else reserved those vehicles.The little chiwawa guy in the store which is probably the manager with a poor attitude lied about the situation due to me shopping around for prices for batteries/chargers in which he didn't like. I answered politely to him regarding his lecture and he shut up and put his small ego aside.He tried to lecture me into buying from them and paying more because they offer you advise and bad mouth their competitors, bravo keep up that attitude. Remember everyone is always shopping around for better price/quality/service, not only small businesses look for better prices, consumers as well, get with the program and stay respectful and honest not vengeful to customers who put food on your tables.You both knew it was for a little boy and you still stooped to that level, shows a lot about what kind of human beings you are for a few $$$ and competitors prices.Thank god I was able to grab one today even cheaper than your price and my boy will be happy tomorrow, not that you guys would care about kids with what you tried to do.Good luck with this attitude guys!!!

Nice shop with good inventory. Owner is always helpful with great service. Special order came in a little late but it was a hot item and almost everyone was sold out. So really happy that they came through!

New owner took over recently and he is awesome. The last guy who had it was a total dick, full of attitude and just plain rude.This new guy is super helpful and always super nice when you go in to see him.Prices are a little higher than online, but there is no waiting on shipping and the customer service you get on location is worth the few dollars extra.He also carries lots of new stuff that I did not expect. Stuff from TBS, Fatsharks, and even stuff for a tiny whoop.I will go here first before ordering online.

Very pleasant experience. They treat customers with respect, unlike Jack hobby where I feel as if I am bothering them everytime I go there with my kids.

After searching through multiple r/c shops, found this shop has most of the necessary items for the r/c needs with a good price. The owner is friendly, knowledgable and passionate about his shop and r/c. Happy with the friendly service :)

My last review was from 6 years ago. They have since changed hands and the new crew is on the ball. Great prices and helpful staff.
