No customer service at all.

The RM Auto Group has Meidl Honda in the group. I bought a Ridgeline from this organization. Absolute worst purchase ever. It was the most expensive and extensive repair/maintenance vehicle I have ever owned. Service manager brushed me off and actually snorted in derision at me when I complained about how bad the Ridgeline had been. I sold it and will never own a Honda related prodct in my lifetime. Its good to know all the other dealerships associated in this group as well. I had been in the process of buying a Murano when I found out that Oakwood was part of this group. So that ended that, went elsewhere and bought a new vehicle. My family and I will be avoiding all the dealers associated in this group because of the poor quality and poor treatment from the Meidl dealership.
