Awful, awful, awful, was recommended as I was looking for a new boutique to shop at. Wasn’t busy and was ignored by all of the staff. Must have been 5 ladies in there. I have never had this kind of experience somewhere before. Just a shame as I liked a lot of their things and didn’t find them expensive, would have purchased a few things that day if I had had better service. Honestly just so disappointed. My friends will also not be going back as they have found the same issues with their service, not to mention, based on the other reviews this is a trend.

Lovely clothes. Insanely high prices. I went in, looked at price tags, and left. I don't mind paying higher prices for good quality clothing but $350 for white pants makes no sense to me at all.

This is by far the best store in Burlington for designer denim, trendy women's fashions, maternity wear, great accessories like shoes, handbags & necklaces, and exceptional service. Great brands like Michael Kors, Milly, Trina Turk, DL1961, Sno of Sweden, Fidelity, Franco Sarto, Esprit, C'est Moi, Splendid...the list is endless and there's nowhere else to get it all in one place. You would be hard pressed to find better customer service anywhere as the staff here are attentive, thoughtful and honest. Amazing store! I'll be a customer for life :)
