Things Engraved Online Only

The customer service is awful. The sales associates are rude. I took something very special in to be engraved for my brother who is in the military, they told me that they could engraved it exactly the way I asked if it could be. Came back to pick it up and it was completely different- instead of the date being below the main wording, it was on the same line. I would have appreciated a phone call telling me they couldn’t do it the way they said the could instead of just doing it differently as i would have said no thank you. Now im stuck with something that isn’t the way i would have like it to be and completely useless to anyone else. It’s also very expensive at $10 base fee to bring your own item + $1 per letter. Will not be returning to this store.

Decent pricing except for how much per letter which is at least $1 per letter, fewer collection but you can bring your own item to be engraved on

Went to mall . They aren't open.. they closed down a year old someone told me ..idk where else to find the stuff they sold

Very rude customer service. Will not return and will definitely pass my experience forward to friends and family. Staff should be trained better in people skills especially when dealing with the public

Staff member was rude and extermaext expensive I will not return there they charge a fee of $10 plus the cost of the letters to get something engraved go elsewhere anywhere else
