Service was exceptional, it was late and we were seated in the bar. It was a Monday night so not very busy, but managed to get the Stars/Kraken game 7 on the big screens! Food was good, but I might be lactose intolerant so I was hurting the next day... Not sure what it was... and I guess we'll never know...

Wouldn’t even care to give 1 star.Terrible customer service!!Absolutely had the worst , rude experience!!I don’t know if it was just the owner working on that day but you gotta work on your services!Not serving water ?Giving 2 serving plates ( that too on asking )even when you can see 5 people sitting on the table?Not taking the order properly?Running away and not caring to listen properly even when the customer hasn’t finished speaking ?Not even caring to go back to the table to ask if something else was needed??I don’t know what kind of business are you guys running but I had so much better experiences before at different Boston pizza where people genuinely care and welcome us!!

Delicious food, all the appetizers and mains were outstanding! Hosts were great as well, our server today was definitely on something, smelt like cigarettes and the attitude is definitely not worth my time to revisit nor recommend. Visited today and I must say it’s a shame. The level of indecency by the staff here using indecent language with their “buddy” customers, this establishment will probably be up next to the addition of BP’s to shut down.

We had Sheridan as our server tonight and she did an amazing job. We did not wait for anything. She made us feel welcome. Service was very fast and efficient. But also did not feel rushed. Drinks were filled right away orders were taken right away. Dinner came promptly after our appetizers, and did not wait more than 10 minutes for apps. Will for sure be back!

Last Sunday my family went here for dinner to celebrate my son's 9th birthday. It was about 8pm, and we were tired and hungry after the Jays' game went into extra innings. We were seated right away--the restaurant was very empty. We told the hostess and our server it was our son's birthday.A little bit after ordering, one of our appetizers came out. We didn't see our server again for 50 minutes. We finally sent our younger son to ask what was going on and she finally came by the table. She assured us our food was coming out soon". When we asked what happened to our other appetizer

We had pasta dishes that tasted fabulous and the serving sizes were huge so much that we brought the surplus home . Always like Boston Pizza but go when hungry!

I would give this 4.5 stars out of 5 if I could. The Caesar salad was great, plenty of dressing, cheese and crisp romaine lettuce with fresh croutons. The pizza is average, nothing to write home about but hit the spot. Servers are kind and accommodating.

After push back at Jack Astors (they couldn’t seat our party to view the leafs game 5), I walked over to Boston Pizza to see if they could last minute accommodate us, and they could! Servers and the owner all banded together to set up a big table in the bar, and we’re super communicators from start to finish. The accommodation, delish food and drinks and bar atmosphere made our night! We were super appreciative of the hard work and great vibes by our server Julie

We drive from London to Burlington every week for medical appointments for my daughter. The owner and staff go above and beyond to make sure my little girl is taken care of and has everything she needs. She's a celebrity there. Everyone comes by and says hi. They have our table and order ready every Wed. We can't thank you enough
