This was my fav fish and chip I don't know what happened but the Fries tasted rubbery like they were precooked and heated in microwave. The Fish is now so thin I ate 2.5 pieces where before it was all I could do to make it through 1 . They changed the tartar sauce, I found too tangy, husband found it too mayonnaiseAND the meal cost us $70 so it felt like i just set my money on fire. So disappointed.

I was in the neighbour hood doing some business and I decide to drop by to try the food, it was more than what I expected , the amount was big and the fish were so tasty, but the most important was the best customer service and the way how they care for the clients, they service from the heart, thank you guys and keep the good work, for sure you will see me again.

Awesome fish and chips. Perfect chips actually. Fish tasted fresh and was well cooked. Good menu selection and reasonable prices. The service was super nice. Young girl at the counter was pleasant and helpful and quick. Will definitely be back. I thought it was cool that the owner is an established pianist. Not the most obvious choice for a pianist to expand into, but she did good! It's clear that whatever she does she does well.

Had to switch from 5 stars to 1 star. After eating here for 4 years, and loving the restaurant, I'm very disappointed that tonight when I paid for halibut, I was served cod. There was no question about it. The young lady spoke to the cook, but he insisted it was halibut. There is a huge difference between these fishes, and a big difference in price, too. I'm very, very disappointed. Additionally, the portions are really inconsistent. The last few times we've visited, one order had a decent sized piece, and the other order had a very small piece. When you're paying extra for halibut you should get a proper, and consistent portion.

Very torn with this location. Each time the quality is differnt; sometimes the fish is over cooked and some times the batter is not fully cooked, but most times it's perfect. It doesn't help the place for first time people. Quality control needs to step up and I feel this place will keep the term best fish and chips in niagara""

The fish (haddock) and chips were excellent. Served with fresh coke slaw. I have celiac disease and feel completely safe eating here after talking to the employee working.

Just ordered halibut and chips.....halibut always excellent but the chips were stale again..cooked hours before and kept warm...co.e on UJ you can do better.

Great fish and chips!!! They have a loyalty program. You can order ahead to speed pick up time. There are tables available if you prefer to eat in.
