Thank you, Total Restoration!While away, we had 2 water lines break in our basement. Our son contacted Wayne at Total Restoration and he had a crew here within the hour to do an assessment and start the cleanup.Our Project Manager, Ryan Gregory was very organized with getting our restoration going, explaining the process, agreeing to changes, stopping by to ensure the project was on track and always returning phone calls-a very good professional supervisor.Our Project Coordinator, Raul Campos was a very competent and efficient leader in getting the different trades organized and here in a timely manor. He is very respectful, has lots of people skills, very knowledgeable and a great personality. He also has an innate ability/humour that helped us through a very stressful and trying time. We can definitely see him ‘moving up the ladder’ in the future.Mike, our general contractor was indispensable! All of his work here is professionally done-a true artist.From when we came home to the end of our restoration everyone was very easy to work with and all were very happy people. I have to mention the cleanup. Each worker that was here always cleaned up before leaving for the day and all garbage was removed.We could not have had a better team to look after us. Definitely a 5 star rating!

I highly recommend Total Restoration. When I called their emergency line after a flood their team was at our place within 30 minutes to start the drying process (on a Sunday!). Everyone on the team was professional and knowledgeable about the restoration process. Our Project Manager, Ryan, was thorough in determining the extent of the damage and was in constant contact with our insurance company and myself, which helped immensely to decrease the stress. Raul, our Project Manager, was amazing in fitting us into an already jammed packed schedule and coordinated all the trades flawlessly (not sure how he did it!). Thank you to everyone on the team who helped restore our place - it looks amazing. They went above and beyond our expectations and didn’t overlook even the smallest of details - Josh, our carpenter, was meticulous in his work, even matching our molding/trim perfectly. We had our house with water damage. Raul was amazing. He was very professional, was clear and communicated well with us, had excellent time management skills and was delightful to work with.He was bilingual which helped as my English isn't the best. This place is incredible. I was referred to them by our strata maintenance manager during an emergency flooding situation. Total Restoration acted promptly to come and cease any further damage. Their communication is excellent and I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone in need, emergency or otherwise. I hope to never encounter another emergency in our unit, although I am confident I can rely on Total should the need arise. I noticed some leaking and possible water damage this morning and Total Restoration came out within minutes of receiving my call. They were so helpful in diagnosing possible causes and provided valuable advice on fixing the issue going forward. Kurtis, Travis, and Owen were friendly, professional, and helpful and I really felt well taken care of.
