Love going here! The atmosphere is great, and they are so friendly! They always make sure you’re comfortable and I have known the dentist for years! She is really great.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Ileana Martino for many years, and we followed her to the new cabinet in Richmond Hill. Her kindness, compassion and professionalism is unparalleled, and you can clearly feel the same from her staff as well. The cabinet is new, modern, extremely clean, tastefully decorated. All in all, this is the best dental-related experience we ever had.

I have been a patient of Dr. Martino's for just under 20 yrs. Before then, I was admittedly terrified of going to the dentist... and I was very honest with Dr. Martino about my phobia. Her care and gentle approach has helped me overcome this fear, and now there is no other dentist I would ever go to. I would recommend Dr. Martino and her wonderful staff to anyone! Cheers

I had my first visit here over Mother’s Day weekend. Dr. Martino and her staff were wonderful. I was greeted by Nory at reception who was lovely. I had a great cleaning with Andreia and consultation and I’m so happy I found a great dentist!!

Crafting Smiles Dentistry was highly recommended to me so I can’t say I’m surprised by the care and professionalism I’ve been receiving from the moment I walked in the door. I’ve always had a fear of going to the dentist but I just finished a root canal and Dr. Martino explained the procedure and guided me through it to make it as comfortable as it could be. Was my first time at this office and I can stay the whole experience was amazing. The office looks beautiful, warm, and welcoming. The whole staff from the front desk, the hygienists, and the dentist are so nice and professional they make you feel at ease. Dr. Martino immediately booked me in and I was grateful for the immediate attention. Her gentle hands and compassion eased the stress I felt during the procedure.
