From the first step in the store to grins and handshakes on my way out, Marco and Vic made me feel at home. I had interest in Omega Seamaster, Speedmaster and Grand Seiko as my first major watch purchase. They were exceptionally accommodating as I waffled from one watch to another, liking an element of all of them. But I kept coming back to the Grand Seiko. The more they talked about the craftsmanship and the design and engineering, the more enthused I was. The more I wore it and the more we talked, the more the watch felt at home on my wrist. Going back to Omega felt like a step down, so I left with a dream completed, having acquired a Grand Seiko Snowflake as my first major watch purchase.They will help you find your match and feel like instant friends through the whole process. My only go to place for watches. Every time I visit this place, both Raz or Vic are always there to help. They are both watch enthusiasts and I always have a great time talking to them. No pressure in making a purchase whenever I tried on a few watches, but one thing for sure is that they always make sure you are satisfied at what you are looking for or they can help make any recommendations.

***UPDATE*BOUGHT*ANOTHER WATCH***Again I was looking for a very specific watch and Raz and Di were able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. They were helpful, kind and very accommodating. Di checked in on me and ensure the watch would be secured for me even though I was unable to make it in due the snow. When I eventually did get into the store, he treated me like I was the only person in the store. First class experience. Customer service is hard to come by these days but this store knocked it out of the park. Absolutely love my Tag Heuer Red Bill special Edition. Will be back to eventually get a spring drive watch later down the road.********************************************I had been look for a particular Tag watch for a promotion gift to myself and had trouble finding it. Raz from the Oakridge Store tracked one down for me and had it ready for pick up at the terminal Store earlier than expected. When I arrived to the terminal store I was underdressed, however I was treated like royalty when I arrived. They took me to this amazing room and provided me an experience like no other. They helped me with the online registration of the warranty and were engaged every step of the way (even provided me a cell number in case I need to call him if I had any issues). Di was absolutely amazing. Whether you are buying a 2000 dollar watch or a 10000 dollar watch, you are treated just the same. The experience of buying this watch regarding an important event in my life made it that much more special. Already bought a Tudor Blackbay from Rodeo, and was very happy with the watch and experience that I finally ordered the Tudor Pepsi GMT. The guys were able to get me one very quickly and I am loving this watch. It has become the crown of my collection.Totally recommend this shop. I went to Rodeo looking for a specific Grand Seiko model. Grace was extremely helpful and patient as I ended up looking through quite a few watches out of interest. After shopping around a bit more at other stores, returning to Rodeo was an easy choice.
