Terrible service and extremely rude staff. Had reserved and pre paid for a car at the Newman Blvd location.Upon pick up, nothing was available. When I mention my reservation he put his arms up in the air and saidLADY ! WHAT DO YOU EXPECT ME TO DO

Neutral car rental place. The way they classify their cars is a scam. Make sure you check what car you'd get by calling them first. They classify a VW golf as an intermediate car (while the manufacturer itself clearly claims it to be a compact car)...

The owner is extremely rude and will lie to just prove his point. Customer service is non-existent. And a reservation doesn't guarantee a car. I would recommend going to another dealership if possible.

Very very bad service and inexperienced staff they don't tell you exact amount when you ask for extension and price OMG very expensive. Never gonna visit them againUnfortunately there is no option to dislike otherwise I would surely do that

Guy behind the counter was very friendly but I was really disappointed with the lack of a drop box..... I've never seen that before with any truck rental place I've ever been too. They dont have spare keys either..... somehow.... so if you can't get back before they close you have to get there first thing the following morning. If you can't, you re stuck paying for two days.Also, there was no dolly in the truck, although I hear that is pretty standard but that's something you should offer if it isnt available.At Discount they always give you a dolly and offer you one of the fancy ones with straps.

I made my reservation online and paid in advance only to be told at the counter that there's not a single car available.And I was sent home and spent WHOLE DAY to wait for their call as I was told there'll be some cars sent here soon which never happened.
