Decent donuts however they’re very expensive. Good to try out but not a place I will go again.Interesting fact that they had a really big sign of a donut however because the recent windstorm it got blown down

Donuts are tasty! Loved the blueberry cream. Idk who needs to hear this but they don't have the giant donut sign anymore and the straws they suppy in store crack really easily like as you're opening the packaging.

I fancied something sweet and of good quality so I thought of Sunshine donuts in downtown Burlington.Less than 30 minutes later, I had a half dozen of these gems in a box next to me on my drive home.These donuts are big, and certainly worth the price after you try one!The staff are pleasant, and its a nice bright atmosphere inside, totally opposite of its exterior other than the giant donut on the roof.I love to support local small businesses and will certainly recommend these donuts .

Stopped in on a whim after a walk along the waterfront this afternoon. Selection was a tad lacking...but serves us right for going at 3pm ! I had the Dulce de Leche, and like reviewers before me, found the sprinkle of salt a tad unnecessary. Our oat lattes were delicious (I exclusively buy Detour beans for home use). The gentleman who crafted our latte was lovely, the young lady on donut duty looked positively bored/uninterested to be there. Donuts 4.5/5. Customer service 3/5.

I had heard a lot about this Doughnut shop and had kept my fingers crossed about them not being sold out. Was extremely lucky to be able to try 3 different varieties. I loved every single one of them and would surely visit again if I get the chance.

We've tried several donut shops (not including Tim-Style places) throughout Hamilton, Ancaster and Stoney Creek and this is the only place we've like. Unlike Donut Monster or Debrodniks Doughnuts whose donuts only taste like sugar, The Sunshine Doughnut Co. offers flavours that actually reflect what they're trying to sell (the Eggnog flavour blew my mind last Xmas and Pink Champagne is amazing). They're definitely worth the long drive!

When we move to Burlington We searched up a bunch of must-go places and the Sunshine donut co. Was top of the list.My only complaint is their donuts look spectacular. You want to buy them all at onceAlways consistent. Always great a must-go if you like a nice, sweet treat. My recommendation is their apple or seasonal fritters. They are outstanding

The big payments on the roof fell the iconic logo of this joint but I still went inside to try the donuts very fresh high-quality donuts... Worth a try

We stopped here for donuts and coffee. The space is bright, clean and quite nice. The flavours are on display and staff can answer any questions. We tried the lemon donut and the apple fritter. Both were really good. Not oily and quite large. The drop coffee was also excellent. And, they have non-dairy milk.

We stopped by The Sunshine Doughnut Co. This past weekend by chance as we were driving by. Very cool, unique spot, plenty of parking and there was a steady flow of customers. We tried the salted caramel and sprinkle doughnuts, they were pretty good, they did have a nice chewy dough, but at the same time did seem a bit stale. Overall very good and reasonably priced, compared to other specialty doughnut shops in the area. Would definitely consider trying some more flavours. If you’re in the area it’s worth a stop and check them out.
