I went in with the intention of ordering a smoothie but I needed to use the washroom first. They had signs on both washrooms saying “Out of Order”. I don’t believe they were both out of order at the same time. A place that serves food and drink should offer their customers a washroom. I took my business to Starbucks next door instead.

I was here 2 days ago on Saturday around 7:30pm to grab a late night drink and I had accidently ordered the wrong smoothie bc I was tired and didn't notice at first. When I realized that I actually meant to order a different drink, I asked if it was possible for him to change it if he hadn't already started making it, and he happily said that it was okay.He was very accommodating and I would definitely come back again!!Very friendly staff and excellent customer service! Sorry for causing you the trouble but thanks again :)10/10

I drove out of my way and brought what seemed to be a legit coupon to buy a panini and get a free snack size smoothie. I think it was the owner who came out from the back and said they dont honor this coupon. Geeze it came out of a large purchased booklet. No where did it say this location was excluded. He should have honored it anyway.

Very bad experience. I am regular customer. A boy with curly hair and a girl make really delicious smoothie. While other employees are only good at arguing with the customer. I order two smoothies and both had bad taste, my friend threw her smoothie after a sip. It had fruit chunks and the color as well as taste was different. I cant even describe how bad it tasted. I went there again the very next day to complain about it and get fresh smoothies. The staff apologized. I didn’t receive any kind of discount. I still accepted their words and ordered two smoothies. Now, they gave me cups with half of the glass empty. When I asked her why is that, they simply wasted my time arguing. If you think your are going to get fresh fruits smoothies or juice at this place, I am sorry it will not be worth 7 or 8 dollars you will spend. No doubt sometimes you get really good smoothies, others times its just the rotten fruits not fresh and the bad behavior of employees will ruin your day.

Horrible location. Always get same smoothie from other locations but at this location it never tastes the same always watery. Employees don’t care ask to add a fruit and choose not to add it on purpose. Rude incompetent employees, ignore add ons, avoid and use other locations for better qualityand service

Today I have experienced the best customer service from 2 gentlemen working at the location(Sulakhan and others name I was unable to read). The way they both were coordinating with each other was excellent. They were managing busy lunch hours with their calm and happy approach. Thanks once again for your service
