Excellent place. 2nd visit in 3 months. First time for correct drain fittings for new dishwasher and today for water inlet fitting for new fridge freezer. Ultra helpful both times. Don't waste multiple trips to big stores and buy full kits etc. Go here and ask them what you need. Paid $2 today for only the bits I needed. They fitted perfectly. I would have been probably $30 for a full kit of pipes etc I didn't need if I went to the big stores. And these guys are knowledgeable. Go here! (Embarassed about how little this cost today so must go back and buy something more expensive in future).

I ordered a part for my toilet in December. As of the middle of March, they didn't know where it was. I called several times to inquire about the status of the order and was given the run around. First, the person responsible for the order was off sick, then was asked what the person looked like that I placed the order with, then was transferred to speak with the person who receives the orders who didn't know anything about it.Long story short, I ordered the part on Amazon and had it in 2 days.

Rude people with no patience. Never will go there again or recommend this place.Around that area many other suppliers like....marks, noble, fortressThe last thing anyone needs when trying to find a part or help, is someone at the supplier with bad attitude and unhelpful
