Since the pandemic the hair salon presents its self more of a zigzag salon.I made an appointment for partial highlights, during the telephone conversation everything was in order and I was genuinely happy. The day of my appointment I came in to the salon and spoke to the owner I imagine since I always see her there. She asked me how can I help I told her I have an appointment at 2:00. She then looked down and rolled her eyes. A few seconds later she came up to me and informed me the hairdresser cancelled on her. And she doesn't have time to do it. I was pretty appalled. I believe as a employer she could of had the audacity to call my cell phone and explicate the circumstance. Instead I wasted my time driving there to obtain a flimsy excuses. Noble of the story, if are looking for a specific hair service I would not recommend for any one to go there.

Great haircut, fast and reasonably priced

There are some pretty poor reviews here.I just want to say I had the most AMAZING experience with Lorena! After a bad cut at another salon Lorena went out of her way when she was short staffed and gave me the most amazing haircut and style.I honestly can't thank her enough!!

Went in to get my mullet shortened, the sign outside said walk-ins available. Turns out they weren’t so I had to go back the next morning. I said I wanted about an inch to an inch and a half left. The lady proceeds to cut off my entire mullet, which I wasn’t upset about because it will grow back. But she cut the back shorter than the hair on the sides of my head and didn’t even cut it evenly, some parts on the back are longer than others! I have made the mistake of going to this location twice now and have been disappointed both times. Also 30 bucks just for a 7 minute buzz job is insane

Do not go here!!!! They are Terrible and will botch your hair!!! I had 24 inch extensions and the ‘Manager’ cut off my extensions to over my shoulder length. She is insane! Who gets extensions then wants it cut off to the same hair length they had? She is crazy…stay away!!!

I took my mom there today & the Service that Sara & Zinat gave was top Customer Service & the cut & style they gave was the best. I would highly recommend them to everyone.. Kindness & Care is the service they deliver in a welcoming friendly environment
