MultiServices have cleaned my condo a number of times over the past year or so. Each time the friendly cleaning crew have shown-up on time and done a great job, within the time they promised. It's so nice returning home to a clean and shiny place. Occasionally, I have asked the crew to focus on a particular area and they have always been efficient and thorough. I will be using this company again in future... a very happy customer.

MultiServices cleaned our office and production space. It was so clean when we came in to work afterwards. All our machinery and floors have never been cleaner! That old building smell was gone too! Highly recommend their services.

For the last year or so, I have used this company to clean my home and my parents' home. The staff are very courteous, on-time, and accommodating to schedule changes. The actual cleaning work is fast, and efficient. I have had no issues with this company. They are very professional, and I would highly recommend for either residential or business.

I had a terrible experience with the management. I hired this service to clean my parents home as they are elderly and unwell. I was told if their staff needs extra time from the designated 4 hours then I will be notified. I was not notified and they worked an extra 2.5 hours. Worst thing is nothing was thoroughly cleaned in the additional time. It took 6.5 hours to clean the kitchen and 3 bathrooms and none of them were cleaned thoroughly. Every room in the home was left half untouched, no vacuuming, no brooming or mopping. If you are not there to watch over, I would advise to rethink using the services. I’m truly disappointed, because I needed the help and so did my elderly parents. And I feel their staff was over worked and that is why the job was not done well. I feel terrible for the workers because management kept telling me they had no time to eat when legally everyone should be given lunch and breaks. I was told they were over tired and that’s why they left the work undone. Management is wrong here and their customers shouldn’t have to pay for their poor management skills.

We had MultiServices in for a steam cleaning of our gym floor. All we can say is that it was the best experience we've had with a cleaning company to date. Not only was the technician extremely professional, he went above and beyond to do an immaculate job even though we don't have hot water access in the gym. He had to make numerous trips down the hall to refill the cleaning machine which made the job really difficult . Above all else, he was simply easy to work with: polite, well spoken and had a great sense of humour. Highly recommend!
