I called this store to ask about a simple thing; but instead i ended up saving More than 100$ on something i was looking to purchase. JAMES was extremely efficient in understanding everything and he gave me solutions faster than my own thought process. Not a dull or wasted moment in whole conversation, very fluent flow of communication!!!. I loved the on call experience. I have not tried the mattress yet but i am not even worried anymore. ☺️

Samantha is super helpful and friendly. She helped me out in choosing the right twin mattress. Provided me with the best available options and what would suit me best considering my budget. She knows how to provide 10/10 customer service. I would like to highly recommend this place and would also like to thanks Samantha for her exceptional customer service. Keep it up.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff, excellent customer service and mattresses are great. The price is worth paying.This is our 2nd bedroom mattress purchase from sleep country in 11 years times. Happy with both the mattresses.Just don't bother buying extended warranty, too much paper trail hassel with original tag etc. Our original warranty got expired by then. Either way still went back to them due to their huge variety of mattress and their quality.My wife's back pain was gone with their mattress. Thank you.

People tend to do reviews to complain which I feel there is always two sides to a story.I’m in retail and I will say that I had the best customer service at this location. Sara was absolutely fantastic. She was on her own and greeted everyone and did her best to serve all with a smile.Thanks Sara you were exceptional and I hope your manager shows you this. I know my staff always feel good to receive a positive review. More of us need to recognize people like you.

If I am solely basing this on the in-store experience they get 5 stars.The in-store experience was AMAZING! Rafael and Sarah at your Brampton (Wanless/Hurontario) location, were incredible. Very focused on the customer experience, asking the right questions and ensuring I got the right mattress. Rafael went above and beyond what I was expecting. I could not ask for a better team at that store. They worked wonderful together.If I could rate the delivery it would be 2.5/5 stars.The delivery was a different issue and was less than impressive. I was given the time slot of 3-6pm. I had an appointment at 6:30 and no one had called or showed up by 6:05PM. I had to get family help for the delivery. They showed up at 6:20PM with no apology for being late. They didn't even call to let me know. We had called the store and left a message at 6:10PM and no one ever returned that call.

I ordered a full size split box and they messed up the order. They sent one half as full size split and the other half as full size xl split. It looks uneven. I've been following up with their Customer Service. No resolution in sight.In the past I've had no complaints with them, but this recent experience does not go down well.

Wow! We got a great education on how to choose the best pillow for a great night sleep. He was quite knowledgeable and focused on educating us more than on selling. We really appreciated that approach and he earned our respect as a result.

The sales staff at the location are good and helpful. They have different types of mattresses available as well to try out which makes it easy to choose. However once you place the order their delivery service is the worst I have experienced so far.When placing the order the sales person told me delivery will be contactless, provided me with 3hours window for a specific date and said that mattress will be delivered in box and will be left at front door since it's contactless delivery. On 1st delivery attempt delivery guy called outside for provided 3 hour window, told me I would have to sign and accept delivery now, since I declined they left without leaving box at door. After that I called the store so they said I need to pay 99$ for rescheduling or else I need to go to warehouse for pickup. After long arguing they finally agreed to deliver again for free and asked to stay home, only for delivery guy to leave the box at the door. They did not call, asked for signature or even knocked the door or ring bell.If they wanted to leave at the door they could have just done it on the 1st delivery, but instead they made me wait for another week and tried to charge me 99$ as redelivery fee.

I just spent close to $4000 with this location. And had my delivery sent with missing pillows and a mud covered mattress, this is very unacceptable. We ordered 3 of there most expensive Tempur- Pedic adapt pillows and only received 1. The delivery guys left all the delivery on our front porch. And before I started to put some of the product we ordered in the house they took off in a hurry and there was no paperwork?Unprofessional. As for trying to call the store it's very hard to contact them by phone it just goes to the answering service and when they answered they hung up, I'm assuming there understaffed or simply overwhelmed. I contacted there head office and will wait to hear back from them tomorrow. As for the staff they seem pretty knowledgeable about the products they are selling and unfortunately because of the delivery end of this transaction it gives me no choice but to leave a one star review. Not happy with mud on there product makes you wonder where there products are stored. As you can clearly see on the pictures the mud ........update Jan 03 2022 I finally got all the missing products that were shipped to us. We would have given them a 5 star rewiew if the product was all delivered with out any issues. Once again the staff at this location are very helpful and knowledgeable and deserves a 5 of of 5 for there service. Howerer the delivery is 1 out of 5. This might only be my experience.
