I don't know but, whoever is working here, really needs to go back to school. Asked for an inhaler to get transferred to London, they transferred it to listowel and now I can't get my inhaler because they used the refill already. THANKS ARTHUR ! Wake up. Wouldn't even give it a star.

Very rude and unprofessional pharmacist! My wife called to refill her prescription. When she couldn't provide them with the prescription number because she didn't have the bottle with her, she was told that they were short staffed and did not have the time to look up her prescription. They then proceeded to hang up on her. The gentleman" who answered the phone needs to learn proper customer service techniques. If we could find another pharmacy that had her medication in stock

I am very disappointed with this pharmacy. I rented a commode for my husband on March 1 and he was admitted to the hospital on March 2. As a result the commode was NEVER used. I called to let them know what it happened and asked if I could be refunded half the month rental, $40/month (The commode was returned today), my $40 refundable deposit, and the $20 for the unused pot that goes underneath the commode. The only money they would refund me was the $40 deposit. Very poor goodwill and customer service.
