I'd heard about Seymour Services from a trusted source and their advice proved to be accurate. Seymour Services was thorough, professional, within the estimated cost, and performed excellent work. I was so happy with their service that I'm getting more work done on another vehicle.

I have been having my vehicles serviced at Seymour Services for years. I have always been very satisfied with the work performed and high level of customer service. Loren and Rob are very knowledgeable about all makes and models. They are always upfront about what work needs to be done and have never tried to sell any unnecessary services. I recently moved back to Campbell River after a few decades away and was looking for a reliable service provider for my 2014 Chevy Avalanche. I had heard about Seymour Services from a couple of relatives and the reviews online were impressive so I was anticipating giving them a try for a routine service/oil change (which I eventually had done there), but I was unexpectedly faced with some front brake issues that required immediate attention. I stopped by Seymour Services without an appointment early the next morning and Loren was more than welcoming and accommodating on getting my vehicle problems looked after that same day. The team at Seymour were very helpful, professional, and fair and I came away that afternoon feeling confident that I had found the right place for my vehicle service needs. Have returned for the routines oil change/service and expect to return as needs dictate. Thumbs up to the team at Seymour Services.

Honestly have to say the folks at Seymour Services couldn’t have provided better service. We came in without an appointment and a split radiator hose. They immediately took a look and managed to fix it on the spot despite a heavy work schedule. Tip of the hat to them and very appreciated.

Excellent, outstanding service and vehicle repairs. Staff is extremely helpful, information, knowledgeable, trustworthy, plus they are always friendly. We are always pleased with the all around quality. We have been taking all our vehicles for repairs & maintenance to Seymour Service, now for over 2 decade's.

Seymour was great. They did my alternator in much less time than anticipated which saved me a fair amount of money. Very happy and will go back.
