My husband I were in this store at 5 05 pm Oct 24. 2022. I found a great pair of pants but in a large - need small. We looked for 15 minutes straight. 3 customer service representatives in the store. Not a single one offered assistance. One continued cleaning a mirror, another at the til writing a list of something and the other was playing with her piercings. If a customer is in the store, I would think someone would offer assistance?? We were the only ones in there at the time! We left after 15 minutes of being ignored. BTW the pants I was looking at were 65$! Loss of this sale and future ones from me!

I love the products in this store and the vibes they are going for. But I felt that I was being followed and watched closely as if I was about to steal something. I was dressed nice and I am polite and clutching my wallet in my hands. I think around 7 girls came up said hi and were hovering over me, it just made me very uncomfortable. One girl came up and took a wall decor scroll from my fiance before he could even read what it said. To hold it behind the counter for him". I'm not one to leave reviews usually but maybe they can see this and work on it."

Store was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. There are a lot of very interesting things in the store. My son wanted a necklace and the one he wanted had a really long chain and he asked if he could substitute a smaller one and the employee agreed without a fuss. I was impressed. I would recommend checking out this store.

I was with my youngest daughter ans I noticed that one of the male employees was actually trying to be discreet by telling one of the female employees to push some sales but he did it in a not so nice way and I could tell she wasn't comfortable in doing it. I thought she did a fine job at asking if the customer needed any help looking for anything and then carried on to the next customer while this male employee was really trying to get her to pester that same customer to buy a necklace.First time jn there was a bad experience and even my 11 year old noticed how outrageous alot of the items were on display.

I love this store though I do find some of the items to be over priced so I would say it's not good for all purchases. There are some things you can definitely find at a better price elsewhere.I love the rings made from coconut and the kids handmade sweaters they carry.

Came in this morning and found the staff to be absolutely wonderful and so friendly. There is something there for everyone, including plus sizes. The quality of clothing is vey good and prices are not unreasonable. Highly recommend!

I have been in the store multiple times, and every time I have been in I have loved it. I usually end up buying multiple packs of insnece and looking at the clothes. Its one of my stops every time I go to Red deer.Quinn was very down to earth and I enjoyed talking with her. She deserves a raise.

I love coming here. The store smells so good and is a nice contrast compared to the rest of the mall's blasé shops. It reminds me of the now defunct Fiveblueheron Emporium in Drumheller, which was one of my all time favorite places to shop.The only grievance I have with the store is that sometimes some of the merchandise on the shelf looks grubby from too many customers handling it. Like today there were these squishy rubber animals that were turning grey among the items for sale. That's gross.But other than that, this place is awesome! I especially love how they have a book that customers can draw or write funny messages in. It's nice to have such a unique place to go in Bower mall.

Absolutely amazing store with wonderful staff and owner! These people have hearts of gold and are always helpful on the phone and when you’re in store. If you’re looking for some fun festival clothes to vibe and flow with this is the place !!!
