When we were looking for an architect to work with on a complete refurbishment of our new home we got in touch with Fermin because of a very clever redesign he'd done on another house we were already familiar with.Working with Fermin was a pleasure from start to finish. He was friendly, very professional and very creative. While we didn't take forward all of his ideas he came up with an incredible design that included ideas we would never have thought of.Our home is in a conservation village and Fermin is also very familiar with what you can and can't do in those circumstances if that's something you need to consider.So! If you're looking for an architect who is far from run of the mill we'd heartily recommend Fife Architects.

Building a house from scratch was a retirement objective of my self and my wife Julie.From site identification through design, planning, warrant and build Fermin was a superb support.In conjunction with Oakwrights of Hereford and Fife Architects we now live in a splendid Oak Framed house in the East Neuk of Fife.

Fife Architects handled our project with professionalism and were very easy to work with being both friendly and approachable. They immediately understood what we wanted to achieve and their design transformed our house beyond our expectations. The project ran smoothly from start to finish and on time and we are thrilled with the end results.

My wife and I commissioned Fife Architects to design our new build house in Colinsburgh, manage the planning application and also oversee the construction phase with our main contractor. We found Fermin and Lucy delightful to work with. They have great vision, a fine sense of aesthetics and massive amounts of professionalism. We chose Fife Architects as we wanted a local company that was able to work closely with us in replacing an old extension with a new one that was modern and wider and let in more light yet blended well with an old house . Fermin produced some excellent designs with the finished result drawing many compliments from passers by. Fermin was on hand and very responsive throughout, a key requirement when making changes to an old house with many unknowns and no prior construction records. We used Fife Architects to design our extension and house renovation. Fermin worked closely with my husband (who was also the Joiner and Mains Contractor) and incorporated everything we wanted and more into our plans. He came up with excellent ideas and a great design. Fermin Beltran was our architect for work to our apartment in a listed building in Anstruther. He proposed an elegant solution to our design request, worked closely with the main contractor and helped to get planning consent. Most importantly, he was really nice to work with.

Fermin designed our dream home, every process was fully explained to us. He is extremely professional and friendly. Unfortunately the building plot fell through. If another plot began available I would not hesitate to use Fife Architects again

Lucy is a really creative, thoughtful partner to work with, her attention to detail and to a high quality finish is excellent. Our first project was delivered on time and at quality and on budget exceeding our expectations. Having completed one project with us, she is now working on a second and we are really looking forward to breathing life into our property with Lucy’s help.
