Max was excellent in every way; he was prompt and professional on the phone, he made himself available early the next morning to fix our washing machine, was on time, thorough in explaining to me what the issue was and what it would take to fix. When all was said and done, our machine worked great again. I will definitely call on Max again in the future should the need arise.

Max came out to the North Shore especially to shift our washer dryer back, so our cupboard door would close. He insisted on not charging us too. Apart from that, Max worked so expertly, fast and efficiently and was extremely polite. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I would thoroughly recommend him to do anyone and we have already lined up some more work for him. A true professional.

My washer was broken. Based on reviews I called Mas to fix my appliance. He was on time and quick to diagnose the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. He even gave suggestions on how to prevent the same issue happening againI would recommend this company to anyone with a troubling appliance as him is very knowledgeable and helpful.

He answered his phone right away. Showed up, same day, on time. Found the fried wire in our dishwasher and fixed it in 20 minutes. His price was very fair. We highly recommend his services.

What a breath of fresh air it is to have a repair person available the next day, keep you updated and be on time. Not to mention, Max knew exactly what he was doing and fixed the issue in 20 mins. I called TechCare because our washing machine was leaking and wasn't draining. They came out to diagnose the problem the same day and returned to fix it, with the required part, the next day. Max and his partner were very service-oriented and clear in quoting the cost of the repair. They were on time and fixed the problem quickly and effectively. I highly recommend them.
