Ridiculous prices. No deals to be found here. Toy area was a massive pile of overpriced junk. Kids clothes cost almost as much as new except they are extremely worn out. Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Shocking for such a new building. Will never return.

Isn’t “grand opening” day supposed to be memorable? What was even the point of us going……. No coupons accepted on grand opening day or the entire first week for some reason, because y’all really need the dimes from all those donated rags. We had to put back several items because coupons weren’t accepted, and all the prices were bad right off the rip. Aside from waiting in line among 100+ people for a half hour at least, there wasn’t even anything special offered like say a free tote bag at LEAST… would have been nice to make grand opening special in ANY way. The aisles were tight and the store looked like any value village ever, if you’re planning on coming the first week, I’d say wait a few days..

Very Overpriced “thrift “ store. You can’t price a book 10.99$ when the same store’s other location sells the same book at 5.99$. And i donated got a coupon, I wasn’t allowed to use it for the “grand opening “. Just ridiculous!!!!

I will never go back to this value village again. I know on opening day things can be crazy. But the way I was treated by certain staff members was not good. Not helpful, and laughed at me when I had asked for help with a certain question. Did not even try to resolve the issue. Only 2 handicapped parking. And some of the staff members needed to use deodorant. Which really turned me off as well. Even when I spoke with another staff member, they didn't even bother to help with the issue.

Big store, but not a lot of unique selections in my opinion. I like that there are lots of aisles to peruse. They also have a decently big book selection with some pretty current titles for cheap.Major downside is that there are NO changerooms, which given the amount of clothes seems kinda silly. I want to be able to try on clothes before I buy them in case they don't fit right, especially for pants. Maybe come wearing a form-fitting outfit if you plan on trying on clothes here?

Showcase prices are horrible, never seen a used bottle of perfume sell higher than market price. THE MANAGER (big indian dude) has no customer service skills, makes you wait at checkout while he chitchats with his co-workers, the staff seem nice but the place seems understaffed. Go to the location in Bristol, better prices + better service/management.

Found a few good items but overall the prices are extremely high!! Used dresses for $49.99?!?! Among several other items that were outrageously priced. I would also like to point out that Value Village had ALL of these items donated and to turn around and charge so much for used items is just disgusting. I enjoy thrifting and many people use this as a way to afford clothes with the cost of living being so high. At these prices you aren’t saving anything. Besides finding a few good items, that were also overpriced, I won’t be returning here. Save your money or come prepared to be ripped off.

New location, they opened end of May 2023.One of the large locations, Lots of variety, sometimes you find good stuff. There’s a weird smell there ( maybe the used clothes or shoes? ) like all other VV locations.I prefer Oakville location over this, but it’s still new, so we shall see.Spacious and i separate parking lot, staff is friendly and helpful.I think they’re still organizing things and trying to get to the normal mode as they just opened recently.
