Optimum Nannies and Homecare

I have used this service to hire two nannies in the past 10 years and have been very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone looking to hire home support.

Janet was professional a the beginning and understood our needs. That’s where the positives end.She required an upfront payment which was fine. But then the first 3 candidates we were supposed to interview didn’t even get to the interview. One didn’t show up or call. Then made up a story about an ill family member. Another apparently accepted a different job 3 hours before our interview. And the third decided our hours weren’t a good fit…again just a couple of hours before she was supposed to be at our house for the interview.We ended up hiring someone independently and when I emailed Janet to let her know, she didn’t even have the courtesy to respond to me.Overall, a disappointing experience that cost us $250 and gave us nothing.

Optimum will find you a nanny and put your mind at ease in the process. They did everything for us including the criminal record checks and driving records...and pre screening interviews. They found us the perfect nanny who worked with our family for 7 years.

Janet did an excellent job of understanding my needs, and was able to quickly connect me with excellent candidates. We filled our role in a week and are grateful she made the connection. I will happily work with her again in the future.
