I LOVE MY BIKE. Definitely recommend BikeBike – great service, knowledgeable, kind, pet-friendly and their small shop is just the right size to have all the good stuff! Quality parts, brands and custom accessories without being overwhelmed by a huge shop with tons of stuff you don't really need. I appreciated their advice and trusted their recommendations and got a bike that suits me perfectly. The first day I had it I went out 3 times :) Outstanding staff and service, incredible amount of knowledge between Sean and Connor, they fixed me up with exactly what I wanted. This was a big purchase for me and they made it easy and were so nice, I'll always be a customer and will recommend to my friends.

Very special and unique shop. Simply put, they sell bikes that people need but other shops don't have. I bought the Breezer Downtown 7+ Step Through last winter but I am just writing a review now. It's a great A to B bike with low maintenance due to the internal gear hub. It comes with full fenders, rack, and dynamo headlight (everything you need to commute and more). They got the best selection of touring/adventure bikes, cargo bikes and folding (Brompton) bikes too. No other shop can compete. It is also great to deal directly with the owner. They are very responsive to email questions!

Plenty of other accessories and supplies available here too.Worth checking out their website for all kinds of items, got an awesome deal on a bike trainer they had a sale on. Highly recommend checking them out for any personalized bike projects!

I purchased a bicycle and had issues on the first ride. After returning it for an inspection (part of their 1 year of free tune ups with a new bike purchase) they tightened a loose cog and said “that’s as tight as it will go”.Immediately, the cog came loose again while riding. After phoning the owner, he said to drop it off again and wait as they are closed mon- WednesdayThis is ridiculous as I just bought this bike and it’s barely been used.I took it to a different shop who identified the issue within 10 minutes and created a plan to address immediately.Overall, I like the product at bike bike and that they ordered a very specific bike for me which I appreciate. I paid for that bike and it didn’t work for more than 30 minutes before requiring extensive repairs. (It does look cool though).I don’t expect the owner to fix it for free. I do expect the owner to have a working knowledge of bike repairs on brands they sell. He simply doesn’t possess this knowledge.Long story short - bike bike is a sales floor not a bike shop. They don’t know about bike repair- especially on fixed gears.They sell great looking bikes and accessories and can order anything you need - just don’t rely on them for repairs.

Just over 2 years ago I was in the market for a new bike. I had stopped in and chatted with Nadia and was super excited about getting a new bike but then I found out I was pregnant with twins so the purchase was put on hold. Fast forward to summer 2019, we were finally almost out of the haze of having twin new borns and wanted to get riding again. I stopped in and chatted with Nadia and Sean about our options. I wasn't super eager for a trailer and pictured seats on the back of a bike but after some research and discussions we decided to try and Urban Arrow Family. We borrowed the bike for a weekend and fell in love. This is an amazing family bike!! We decided to wait and save the money for the bike till April 2020 and got it just at the beginning of the pandemic. Sean helped me with the order and put the bike together. He was great to deal with and in the end got us all set up with accessories and even a couple of balance bikes for our little girls. This purchase was a big one for us but such a great investment! Couldn't ask more for a bike or for a great bike shop to work with!

BikeBike has been our family bike shop since they opened. After years of not cycling, they helped me love using a bike to get everywhere again. The owners also do incredible things to promote accessible bike culture and make Calgary a great cycling city.

Bike Bike is a lovely shop that has been exceptionally helpful in regards to buying a very specific used bike, coming to our house to look into the brakes when the hydraulics got squishy soon after purchase, and buying variety of specialty bike and e-bike parts. Truly my favourite shop, I can't wait to give them more business over the years.

Tiny bike shop with small selection but great service. We bought ebikes in the winter and got a good deal on them. Nadia was knowledgeable and friendly, and they even dropped them off at our house. Amongst others, they carry Gazelle bikes which are made in Holland and have a fantastic history. Very happy with our experience at Bike Bike!
