Great little store that has always had hit items in stock. Terrific customer service both over the phone and in person. The staff here actually are fans of video games themselves, and are readily available to answer questions and provide suggestions.

my bf and I had poor customer service at another location; walking into this store was like an alternate universe. this game stop was worth the drive! the employees went out of their way to help us replace a gift card that we had lost, and even called the head office for us to see what could be done. thanks to their help we just picked up our replacement gift card from the store closest to us and have put it towards an Xbox!

When I called ahead to ask if they had the game I wanted (no other EB games store had that game, the silver case 2425, for some reason) they searched the store inside out to find it, and then when they told me they couldn’t find it, and we hung up, they called me back when they did find it! Excellent customer service, you guys saved my bacon! Plus the game ended up coming with an artbook and cd soundtrack lol, so extra points!

The staff at this location are often on a power trip and like to make up their own rules and policies. Also incredibly rude and give attitude when you try to correct them on their policies. Incredibly poor customer service here.

Phoned to ask if they had Demon Slayer figurines and the person was very helpful and knowledgeable.I then went to the physical store and the same person as well as the two other employees available all helped me to pic the right figure for my nephew.Super great experience!

Came to check out the store, the clerks could have cared less that I entered. I was in here for 10 minutes not even noticed. The 2 of them were too busy speaking about their techinques on video games, so weird and just awkward. Lots of Pop figues if that's your thing and other merchandise. I feel with people downloading games this Brick & Mortar store has lost many customers.

My closest location and it doesn’t fail to offer exceptional service from all employees except one.It appears to be a supervisor, shorter, younger gentleman. I didn’t appreciate his tone in cutting off his colleague who was answering my question, which he also directed at me after cutting him off. I’m a regular who comes by often, my partner was thrown off by this as well. We hope employees and future customers are treated better. But to those who see us often and treat us with respect, thank you.
