I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I know 2 of the girls who worked here and they were constantly harassed by the owner. As well as not giving them breaks and making them work more than 12 hours a day then wrongfully firing both of them (at different times) currently has lawsuits in the work against them for this I hope it shuts them down.

Very disappointing, gave them the benefit of the doubt and came back a couple of times and nothing had changed. Staff are ill informed and sold me a package minutes which are of terrible value for my needs not explaining different beds use different minutes, the beds are cracked and old, the facility is dark and dingy, offers no eye protection no music, long wait times for beds and can't even seem to spell my last name correctly. Fourth time was the charm on finding my account. Meets customer expectations but does not provide any sort of experience. Place needs a remodel.

Went her to get a gift for my wife. Was there with my daughter, very knowledgeable and explained the whole process to us. Had a great experience. The manager was so nice helped me set up an account for the wife. Enjoyed every minute of it. Super friendly professional experience. 5 star all around. Beautiful decor inside Aswell.

I bought a lot of minutes and they included a card with 50 minutes on it for free and the employee assured me the free card would work exactly as the paid minutes. A few months later, the owner, rude, unprofessional, and aggressive sales approach refused to let me use the free card towards my minutes. When I asked why she simply said the card was no good anymore after asking me who sold it to me. The time before that the owner tried to sell me a package and actually got upset at me for declining. Does she even know that she is running a business? At first I was upset, then I just laughed at her, she must have a wonderful peaceful life. Unreal!

The ladies here are awesome. They treat you like family and answer any questions with proper knowledge and expertise. The beds are always clean, the whole place smells anazing when you enter and I love their choices in music. Love it here
