This is a nearby electrical business I called this afternoon to consult about a potential" or "needed" repair for my outdoor connection transitions (see the attached pictures). I got immediate call back and was able to schedule a check up visit right away. The company guy came very quickly to inspect the problem. He reassured us that the elecrical part actually was in good condition; however other cords such as telephone/internet/grounding cables indeed require some insulation repair work. We recently purchased a house with an unfinished basement. It was not until after we moved in that we discovered that there was only 1 electric plug for the entire basement! Black Tie came to the rescue installing additional plugs. The owner of the company who came to quote was on time, had a quote ready the same day, and was very responsive to questions and concerns that I had. On the day of the appointment, the electrician, Brad, was prompt, professional and very tidy. He worked quickly and confirmed all the work was completed as per the quote, and showed me that everything was in working order before he left.
