I have been seeing Arlene for years, she is such a spectacular therapist and really digs into my chronic pains. I have tried so many therapists and she is the only person to relieve my pain. Warm and inviting space, quiet and comforting.

Did wonders for my 2 month old. She used to be very colicky and uncomfortable, crying from 5pm til 1am every day. Now she is happy and peaceful. Highly recommend for babies with colic or c-section babies in general.

Nicole is an angel. She listens to you and explains what she's doing to help and even finds problem areas before you even realize you were hurt there. She's not forceful and works with your body to help heal it. I literally felt my tense, clumping muscles melt away. Highly recommend booking her!Thanks Nicole!
