I ordered $131.40 of merchandise on web in mid November. Charged to me Nov 22 but never received. Have asked for credit 3 times now and it is Jan 30/23. Would not deal with them again. Will have my credit card reverse if no immediate credit from today's web query. No phone number to call even!!

Horrible! Placed an order for pick up, they say 2h pick up... from 9:30am its 2pm now! They says ohhh actually your item is back ordered soooo we have to cancel and you can go buy it from another store"

I made an order with linen chest on 04 December 2022 for pick up in the store. I have called and can never get thru, just a machine and no one gets on the line, just a voice mail. I have emailed twice with NO response from anyone and so hopefully someone will actually tell me who to contact to get my money back as the customer service is useless and I don’t know who else to contact. For a big cooperation you are terrible and I will not be ordering from you again online.

I bought a pillow instore at the Galerie Laval. I asked about returns and the sales consellor said to put a pillow cover and it has to look brand new. When I tried to return it, they refused it because of a few cat hair.. I said fine, lets just remove them, but the manager refused citing sanitary reasons.When I bought it, the sale's rep let me touch it, squish it etc. It was not a demo, she took the pillow off the shelf. I think regular human hands touching public doors handles and banking terminals can be quite unsanitary, quite worst than my indoor cat imho.Sanitary reasons are cited when its time to refuse returns, but its ok for them to be unsanitary when its time to close a sale. Allthat for a 40$ pillow.

Very bad customer service .. the manager and assistant manager need a training since they don’t know how to talk to customers.My mom bought a bed cover from this store few days ago it didn’t work with her decore so she went to return it .. they didn’t want to reimburse her in cash ( the way she payed ) they said they didn’t have the money and to go back in the afternoon .. she went back in the afternoon they said they still don’t have cash and to go back another day ( as if my mom has nothing else to do but to go back to their store every day ) the manager and assistant manager we’re extremely loud and rude in front of all the customers and employees .. even their employees were all confused and ashamed of their manager behavior ! These two managers really need to learn some manners !

Let's start by painting a picture. You walk in and the cashier is serving someone while another woman with an intense spray tan and 2 kids running around her is giving off horrible energy. I patiently wait to ask where I can find towels and the spray tan woman is giving me daggers. I'm not trying to cut, she appears to be standing to the side waiting for something but when the cashier is free, she doesn't speak to her. I ask my question and went off to get towels. I want to give a thank you to Gabriela the cashier. I could tell the spray tan client wasn't pleasant and probably took a lot of patience to deal with, and Gabriela managed to handle that and still help me with a smile. So thank you to her and to everyone at the store.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never ever order anything online for delivery to the Corbusier store. Twice I've done it and regretted it. The first time I had to wait at the pick up in store for over 30 minutes. This time I called in to see if item is ready and so far I have been on hold for 15 minutes...with the worst on hold music ever. I don't know which millenial is picking the music but all it's doing is making me angrier with every minute that is passing....up to 20 minutes. Hung up and called again....they hung up the line...so I called back again and yes...my item is there but they can't have it in the front....so now I have to go and loiter in their pickup area for god knows how long. TERRIBLE. NEVER EVER AGAIN!
