My experience was perfect. My salesperson, Adam S, was great to deal with. He wasn't pushy and made the whole experience easy and quick. He knew where he could save me money and explained the rebates and supplemental perks in detail. He communicated with me after I left the dealership as follow up and called a few days after the transaction to see if I had questions or concerns. Tim M., the sales manager, also personalized the experience with communication and follow up. Very pleased with the team at LaFontaine Ford. Will recommend!!

Trusted and outstanding service center. I've always brought my truck here for any and all service needed because of the wonderful and quality of maintenance. Friendly and helpful employees. They also did repairs for two unknown recall issues. I would gladly give 10/10 stars if I could. My husband wanted to replace his BELOVED 2005 F-250 SD. In the beginning we were overwhelmed. As much as we looked and tried to make this truck miraculously appear, it was not going to happen. We had to special order. LaFontaine was the only dealership that just happen to have a F-250 on their lot that we could see what the changes were and TEST DRIVE IT. They brought the truck in from another dealership an hour away. It was beautiful, but not a love connection. We considered it as a fun ROAD TRIP, 3 1/2 hr. drive from Euclid Ohio. Although the automobile industry has change tremendously since 2005, and COVID, Collin E. made the entire experience absolutely EXCEPTIONAL, and no PRESSURES. Collin guided us through the entire process and answered every possible nervous question. We ordered the truck of my husbands dreàms and when it arrived, it was so much more perfect than we could have expected. We got an EXCELLENT deal. I have a Bronco Raptor and the team at LaFontaine Ford took exceptional care of it during service. Was greeted promptly at the door by the Service Manager, Joe. Special shoutout to the master technician, Steve, for his knowledge when working my vehicle. Was also cool to be there today as part of a BBQ they were hosting for staff ... even got myself a tasty cheeseburger! Thanks again TEAM LaFontaine. Family Deal was definitely delivered today.

I never thought that leaving my home with the purpose of buying our leased Jeep would result in purchasing a brand new Ford Bronco. I couldn’t be happier thanks to our sales person, Sawyer Verhamme. Sawyer was personable, very professional and knowledgeable. As was Lauren Thompson, business manager, who took care of the paper work. The entire process was hassle free and fast when comparing to previous vehicle purchases. Since this purchase I have been enjoying my new Ford Bronco.

Jacob Cicarrello gave me excellent customer service during the process of purchasing a new 2023 Ford Ranger at LaFontaine of St Clair. Jacob is courteous and professional and got the truck I wanted moved from LaFontaine Ford of Lansing to the St Clair store promptly. Jacob also knows the product and answered all my questions about the Ranger. Overall, I had a great buying experience with Jacob at LaFontaine Ford of St Clair.

My car battery died and needed to be replaced. I was easily able to coordinate AAA services to get my car running with LaFontaine fitting me in to replace my battery at the same time. Excellent customer service and a very customer friendly waiting area with comfy chairs, current local newspapers and coffee bar. Thanks Lafontaine!

Second review will receive a one star because of multiple reasons but only one will cover all the bases: HACKS. Service is a COMPLETE HACK. I repeat do not trust service to save your life. And if you do, you better double check their work before you leave. Im a guy of detail. And if i dont catch it my lady whose job is to catch small details everyday while shes at work for Chrysler will. Well your busted service. We got you caught red handed. Per usual Ian and heath were awesome though. Ian tried his best to keep me calm and my hats off to you sir, thanks you. And i do apologize to folks in service who do take care of their customers. I apologize to you few, the rest know what the can go do with their thumbs. BY THE WAY thanks for not replacing my ford oem taillight with another ford oem taillight. You broke something and took the cheapest way you could out of it. Mind you when you put the aftermarket taillight in someone used electrical tape to install it instead of the rubber piece thats actually required. I would of never caught onto any of this if once again, service wasnt doing HACK work. Enjoy photos of the oem taillight that got broken while in lafontaines possession, when that taillight had no need to be off to begin with. It was passenger side i had issues with not driver side. Would of took photos of todays slop job but i was to frustrated while talking to Ian. If anyone wants to see it on camera and you work for this dealer check your cameras. I had the taillights out right by your showroom doors. Grab a box of popcorn and count the scratches also from my visit previous before this pleasant experience. Do better lafontaine ford st clair. Do better.I seen your comment joe. I was at your dealership three times and they couldnt manage to get it right in any of those trips. To get one issue fixed, another was created.

I’ve been doing business with this dealership for many years. I use them for all of my Ford vehicles. Getting an appointment is quick. The service guys are fast and friendly.

My trucks been in the shop for four weeks now. Not a single call. Spent four grand to have my turbo replaced and the check engine light came on as soon as I left. I take it back and they are taking their sweet time to work on my vehicle because it’s warranty work and they sold the place. I also wanted to buy a new bronco and never got a call back. Ever since this place was sold to lafontaine it is the worst service I’ve ever received at any dealership. Do not waste your time or money going there!
