Need to hire more people or have more people in. Was standing in line for my food for 25 minutes. For half the time I was in line no one was given their food. I asked for a double quarter pounder with cheese and no onions I also offered fries and a smoothie. When I got my order 25 minutes later all I got was a quarter pounder with onions and cold fries. I got lunchtime is a busy time but at least book enough people in so people don’t have to wait 25 minutes for their order and if they are waiting 25 minutes for the order the least you guys can do is make sure their order is right.

My boyfriend went in to get us our mobile order. He had asked if we could get a honey and sweet and sour. The lady (manager) said I will have to charge you mind you we have never actually ever been charged for a couple sauces, maybe there is a fee I wasn't aware about but usually a couple sauces is kindly just given to us. She said you only get free sauces with a nugget purchase. We will never be ordering from this location ever again. Horrible customer service.

Honestly the cleanest and best run McDonald's I've ever been to, which is amazing for one in Walmart. 5 stars in terms of the franchise itself but McDonald's always leaves something to be desired for me, anyway. Convenience has to win sometimes.

McD Breakfast time. Hanebenaro chick muffin. Hashbrowns and orange. Quick. Show covid pass. Sit in. Peacefull at 9 am. Chew. Yum. Time to get shopping in Walmart. Whoever thought that mcD in Walmart should be making the bucks. I'm eating it.

I ordered 2 frapps when no one was around. Tons of people came in and everyone got served before me.2 frapps. A very simple drink.After waiting 15min and not seeing my number on the screen I asked for a refund. Don't waste your time, they don't care.

Very disappointing, it seemed to be understaffed for the volume of customers, I got my order to go and once I started eating I found that the chicken I ordered was VERY well done, the sandwich had 3 prices of lettuce on it and the rest was in the box on the side not on the sandwich, the foundation drink was glad and has 0 carnation to it and took quite some time to get the order in the first place, the only good thing were the fries as they were fresh and cooked properly.

I am not sure what should have been my first red flag - the fact everyone was goofing off behind the counter or that no hair nets were being used? Probably should have walked away then, but did decide to order, only to end up with a raw burger.Did bring it back, had some quick excuse and was given another. No other attempt to right what was done.This is not a monetary thing. I could care less. I am, however, very upset that there is a lack of accountability and respect from your team members. That your customers health, is not even considered.I am understanding of the human error factor - but in this case, it was pure negligence. I am certain you have procedures and temp checks that should have been followed?Please manage your team members, compensate customers who express concerns, and perhaps you won't end up with a review like this.

The food was okay for McDonalds but the service at this location is atrocious.They know their times are so bad they actually have an employee clearing the time counter as soon as orders are placed so it doesn't report them for poor turn around times for food.You will often find 3 employees workingOne on till and the other to talking to eachother in the back it seems like they could care less about getting orders out in any kind of timely fashion.I really wish this location would step their game up a little bit!
