My husband is(was) a patient there. He was not impressed. Every time he went for his appointment there was a long wait, every single time. His appointments were cancelled a few times on short notice, I bet if he were the one cancelling on short notice they would have charged him a cancellation fee or something. The staff were rude to him and at times they did not know why he was there. Very unprofessional, not impressed at all.

Dr. Hanna and his assistant Ashley are amazing. They are good listeners and hear / understand what you are saying. Their suggestions to manage my diabetes have been great and work. Thank you both for your continued care.Debbie

I was referred by my Dr. and received an appointment 2 months out. I just received an 'automated' message telling me due to unforseen circumstances will have to cancel and to call to reschedule. I called and also get an automated message with a full mailbox. I have asked my Dr. to refer me to someone else. Terrible service. Now that I am reading the other terrible reviews should not be surprised.

Do NOT use LMC if you can avoid it at all. Doctor failed to fax a prescription to my pharmacy and I was unable to reach anyone by phone. They don't accept phone calls whatsoever. I left a voicemail but never heard back.Their phone number goes to a callcenter - there's absolutely no way to reach the office except going in person.Never had an experience this terrible. Doctor is great, but the company/clinic is third world GARBAGE.

I had a telephonic consultation for low blood sugar and Dr. Adel Hanna took a thorough history from how it started to all the minute details of the events that led to it. He was spot on with his knowledge about my condition.He explained in detail about the etiology, to the steps I should be taking in order to control it. I am all praises for you doctor. This call was definitely worth the wait. Thank you.

This is a very unprofessional clinic. Bad doctors and employees. They have attitudes!. Very stressful, toxic environment! Going to a new diabetic doctor.

What an un professional attitude by the doctor at LMC Healthcare, got an appointment on Saturday and when reached at the clinic we were informed that Doctor decided to take his Saturday off and reschedule the patients and don't bother to confirm were the patients are aware of this change and not even thinking about the patients inconvenience caused by this unprofessionalism.What a shame.I don't feel like trusting these people again.

Really upset this LMC. Customer service is just video if it works and email. Cant speak to anyone these days. Month and Months of trying to have the Dr call still can't . This location is a waste of time

I wasted my time writing couples emails. I asked them the work hours, they replied saying 8-4pm, Mondays to Fridays. So, I asked to book the appointment at 8am, since I work 9-5pm.They booked at 10am. I asked them to call me to arrange a better time, and they replied with a very ironic email. No professional stuff, and I don't understand why they don't accept calls or call the patients.
