Peterborough Audi

Right from when I gave Audi in Peterborough a ring, Joshua Smith has been a professional, prompt and helpful since I only wanted to know what they had in stock for a particular series before going ahead to buy. He was able to find one around the neighbouring Audi branch and in a short time I got a brand new car. The lady in the front desk is an Angel, she attended to me and my 4 boys and offered us a lot of her kindness.

Excellent customer service from Tom Webb and the rest of the team. We purchased a new Audi E-Tron Q4 We were kept informed every week as the build process evolved. Again when the vehicle was ready, likewise Tom sent us a video explaining everything. Collection day was arranged and all good. Especially the reveal of the car. All control's were explained fully and how easy the vehicle was to drive.Well done and thanks.

Very disappointed after waiting 6 weeks for my car to be booked in with various lights showing on the dashboard to be told the night before that a loan car will now not be available. I specifically waited for a slot where a loan car would be available. This is the second time this has happened. Last time, I rebooked and now there is no car again.I was also informed on the phone just to press the child safety lock button and it will reset the child safety lock which is faulty. The child safety lock is not working so a child can open the door when the car is driving. It doesn’t matter how many times I press the button to restart it, there is still a warning light and the fault is still there. This is unsafe and I’m disappointed in the attitude to ‘just press the button and if you bring it in we probably won’t be able to fix it’.

I didn’t end up purchasing the car we came up look at in the end. But I thought it worth noting that the service given from Joshua was impeccable. He really went above and beyond, courteous and professional. I will certainly be returning at some point.

Despite living 60 miles away from Peterborough Audi, I enquired about a vehicle that was advertised on AutoTrader and received an excellent service over the phone and via emails. All response times were quick and all my numerous questions and challenges were followed up and addressed to my satisfaction. I subsequently visited the site twice and purchased the vehicle with which I am very happy. The whole purchase experience was excellent and I would recommend this retailer to all my friends and family.

I have seen mixed reviews from different Audi dealerships accross the country but at Peterborough Audi there was no pushy sales, the lead times were accurate and the I was kept informed every step of the way. Even making a last minute change to my order was just no trouble for Hilal and team . Despite a mix up as to what the car had actually come in to have done, I found the staff welcoming, polite and very helpful.The work was carried out in a reasonable amount of time and I was kept informed of the progress and cost. The person dealing with me was attentive and informative. the salesman I spoke to was also very helpful in showing me the newer version of my car and answering my questions.
