Petro-Canada & Car Wash

Used to visit this Gas station every time I needed Gas because it used to be lowest priced in my area but since they opened after doing renovations, their price is the highest as compared to nearby Gas Stations.

A prepaid gas station, has A&W inside with a drive thru. Has car wash, tire inflator and vaccum services at the pump. There is a choice of many snacks, olg, drinks, cigarettes and more as options

To Whom it May ConcernStaff is rude, worse customer service. Never greet the customer or guest always speak other languages then English especially girls from A&W. I understand women's never stop talking even when they are Creasy busy but I was really surprised that especially at night time when they are not busy instead of keeping themselves in their work they chat in their mother tounge. I speak Arabic so I really don't understand if they are from Pakistan or India.I just want to give my feedback of my recent visit. The only thing I want to bring to manager attention that when you do have people or customers in the store should speak either English of French. That's all

This gas station GSA navdeep is very bad customer service. He is stop all pump and put in display sorry pump is not available then I ask him he said system is available but I shift change time we don’t open pump and I m wait 20 minutes.So this is bad class service

I used the carwash and I was having a superworks ticket. The car didn't get cleaned properly, so I just requested them to give me a basic carwash as it just needs to be washed with water only because there was soap already on the car. They agreed that car was not cleaned properly but rather than giving the ticket he refused and started speaking arrogantly by giving reason we don't give rewash. The executive was an OLD GUY. Poor service. I would rate my current visit as 0/10.The old staff was very good and professional especially Gurveen and Gurkirat.

Car wash doesn’t clean at all. It’s very very quick. Even doesn’t clean soap. Told owner many times.

worst experience eververy disappointedworst customer servicetoday I went for car wash and I choose superworks but after wash my car was still dirty and I asked associate for rewash and he told me I am not giving and I asked him according to Petro policy I am entitled for another wash if my car is not properly washed on this point he told me that this is automatic car wash system and if my car was dirty I should go to manual wash. which left me with a question if my car is not dirty then why would I go for wash and if perto donot wash dirty cars then what are they cleaning in their car wash facility. but after all this argument that old guy who was working their throw a rewash at me and told me he will not give me anymore does not mater my car get cleaned or not at that time it felt like I was some kind of beggar I am really disappointed and never visiting their ever and the most funny thing was that old man told me he has 13 year of experience.

Worst car wash ever !! Doesn’t dry the water from the car. Don’t waste your car wash money here.

Don’t do car wash here.. roller doesn’t work and it completes within no time.. go elsewhere
