Fantastic Company to work with! Great customer service. Alnoor is beyond knowledgable and helpful. I was lucky enough to spend a whole week with him absorbing his knowledge, and there wasn't a question he couldn't answer. We also Love their in-house designed bobbin case with no pigtail, also love the Groz-Beckert Needles. Everything they carry is very high quality. I can't say enough good things about this Great Company. Highly recommend.

For years we had been using another provider for supplies as well as maintenance until Alnoor and his team crossed paths with us as one of the best partnership someone could ask for. We had technicians come fix our old equipment for years and problems were always present until Alnoor came to fix our machine and it started working perfectly after the first visit. Since then, we have bought 4 ZSK embroidery machines from Twiga and it has allowed us exponential growth in our embroidery department.Alnoor is not only a highly knowledgeable resource he is also loyal and honest.The team at Twiga is our only source of information and resources.
