Customer service is Non existant. Profit is their bottom line not customer functionality, sold me faulty Merchandise not once but twice, second time they made the mistake their response was welp, you already paid for it. Last time I got left on hold I over heard the following conversation. Yah I can help with that, Looks like it can be difficult to take apart, this guys probably not going to buy anything anyway and then hung up on me.

Bought a new 18' enclosed trailer through John. I shopped around and found they had the best prices, after dealing with John I realized they also had the best service. I would come back just for the service. Above and beyond" would be my 3 words to describe my experience. I was in a rush to get my hands on this trailer

I bought a 14ft V-nose trailer two years ago from John Sereda and also had dealings with Darryl and really enjoyed the experience. I was a first time trailer purchaser and John was extremely knowledgable and Darryl was very fair. Darryl and his son Ryan installed a cargo bulk head and shelving unit in my Ford Transit. They were quick with the install and did a very professional job. Not only that but after chatting with them for a while, they are great people, friendly and knowledgeable with a great sense of community. Workfleets is definitely the first place I will go when I need the services or equipment they provide. Highly recommended!!!

John Sereda, definitely the sales guy to go to for any of your trailer needs. He was there from start to finish. Bought an 18/8 just recently and am thrilled with the quality and extra height with V-nose on the cargo trailer. Keep up the good work!

John Sereda was great to deal with. He is a great guy and very knowledgeable. The Canadian made Southland trailer was the best one I found. The extra height was exactly what I was looking for.
