Wash N Go

Been twice yes I gave them a second chance but my new car came out dirtyVery bad pressure just won’t get the dirt off windows or tires. I do not use dirty brush optionsSo back to qualicum shell I guess or Nanaimo

Waited for 20 minutes only to discover that one of the two open bays had no pressure. No worries, though, they're still accepting full price and haven't bothered to close the bay or post any signs.

Not happy..couldn't get meter to work...didn't like my loonies and I couldn't change dial so basically left with a dirty car. Don't plan to ever go back.

Cheap, good pressure, heated water. $4 got me so much time I got tired washing my car over and over again!

The most bare bone car wash I've been to. Doesn't even have a bug remover option. Only two bays with an outside spot making it three. Still takes only coins, no pay by the card option. The store worker refused to change more than $10 citing some store policy. So if you have a larger vehicle and want to do a more thorough wash with vacuuming - not going to happen. Progress and common sense skipped this location.

UPDATE: Tried the wash again on a Saturday couple weeks back. No soap came put in the wand wash cycle the entire time it ran. Went in to ask the staff and her response is she can't do anything. Can't talk to supervisor until Monday when he's in. I figured okay, I'll use the brush and clean it off that way. Nope entire cycle, nothing came out at all, not even water. So I have to clean up the mess, I plug in more to rinse it off and leave. Go back into the store after and guess what, she's not allowed to give me any money back either, that's right I have to come back and talk to the supervisor. What a terribly run organization, with staff that are clueless and no ability to think on their feet. Dropped to one star, don't even try to get diesel and use your credit card at the pump, that's a whole other fiasco. No progress at all here, no attempt to improve this place and its shortcomings, it just keeps slipping further and further down.UPDATE: Been trying this wash for 7 months now, and still they have not invested anything into correcting the no soap issues in the brush, but all this time they allow you to plug loonies into the machine and will gladly take your money. If you complain about the soap, they'll replace the loonies or two, but how many don't say anything and just move on. Poor service standards, and not how I would run my business.Decent pressure and cycles. Outdoor covered pressure wash x 2, and one open on the side. Not 5 stars because no soap on soap cycle and even less with soap brush. Mostly water running out of brush which will not stay on the body of the car. I came on two separate days to try with different vehicles and same soap issue. Fix this and it will be great.

This do it yourself carwash is a disgrace ! Parksville needs a place that always has 4 or 5 bays open 24 hrs. Proper pressure, overhead doors, modern equipment and a scrub brush that has more than 20 hairs.Better than nothing ! Barely !!!!

No water pressure at all a garden hose will work much better. Brushes are worn out to stubs , literally worst wash i ever been to in 30 years. Dirty wash bays and none of the mat hooks work. They definitely haven't put any upkeep in years

Lousiest car wash we have ever come across. The spray from the wands was sporadic. The brushes were completely worn out and did not have soap or water. This was verified by the attendant at the gas station. The coin operation would only take certain loonies. Very poor wash. Two of three bays open. Do not use this place. Drive past it. Do not stop.

Bring cash! If you're quick you can wash your whole dirty car for $4. Good luck!
