Tim Hortons, a name to be proud of, a Canadian staple for many generations. Service has been slower and more crowded since covid started. Always find the workers here are trying their best to finish everyone's orders and get to the next one.It helps being patient with any workers in the food industry these days. Give these kids some slack if your food order is wrong, or if they forgot an item. I've had nothing but great service here and always stop by when I can.

Everytime I go to this Tim Hortons, they mess up something in the order, even after clarifying on the screen to ensure accuracy. The food itself is standard Tim Hortons food, but the service is lacking in accuracy.

One of your fine workers named Justin King was very majestic, his fine haircut helped me order in a calm fashion. He deserves a raise for his amazing customer service. Tim Hortons Russell should be very proud for having a hard-working and dedicated well rounded worker.Justin is the beloved son of Michelle and she should be proud for having such a delicious looking son.I feel very honored for Justin King to have taken my order.

The most disgusting, filthy Tim Hortons in the country. It’s so dirty you can’t eat inside. Floor sticky from not being cleaned for weeks. Garbages always full and overflowing. Dirty napkins all over the floor.If the corporate office was to walk in, they would shut it down in 10 seconds.

When I am visiting family, it is my favourite Tim’s in the area. My order is always accurate. The drive through is always busy but moves along quickly. I use the app and preorder to avoid the line ups.

Ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese and a chai tea. One there was no cream cheese on the bagel and you provided me a plane tea without any sugar or cream as requested. Come on simple order..
