I love coming here, but it's SO difficult to walk out of there not feeling like you totally overdid yourself. They purposefully give you over-sized bowls because they know our weak minds can't resist mashing together all the different combinations of flavors or toppings, until all we feel is shame and perhaps a bit of lactose intolerance.Don't get me wrong, frozen yogurt is better than ice cream... At least a little bit.. But just because there's less fat doesn't mean you aren't piling on the sugar at a tremendous rate. Might want to watch out for that!Otherwise it's a delicious once-in-a-while treat that I would enjoy in moderation, especially over the hot summer months.

In the last 3 years I have bought frozen yogurt there about 5 times. Its super asty, but way too expensive. I don't even get toppings either. It's a fun little treat, but is too costly for me to go as often as I would otherwise.

Love it! They have a few vegan options but it is very limited. The mandarin sorbet is the best! The cashew chocolate one is good too!

Their frozen yogurt is delicious and they have a good selection of toppings. I would like it if they had more vegan selection as my wife is changing her diet to plant based, but it's otherwise fantastic.

I found the service and flavors here to be exceptional. I can't wait to go back and have a bowl of almond milk frozen yogurt. There were many choices for toppings as well. Some were healthy, and others or pure indulgence.The staff were helpful and tried to give me samples for every flavor. Prices were comparable to other frozen yogurt places I've been to in Halifax.
