Order from skip the dishes for dinner. I ordered a pesto chicken pasta. For 23$ I was very upset. The chicken wouldn't have even fed a child it was so small. My boyfriend ordered a ranch chicken, there was no ranch. We drove 15 minutes to the restaurant to get then to fix it. They were nothing but amazing. They fixed the food no hesitation. Gave us drinks while we waited. Managers came out to apologize to us. Over all great service when you are there. Don't order off skip.

I’ve enjoyed many meals and memories here. Today I witnessed the management being rude, yelling at their server and subsequently terminated the servers employment publicly.I honestly believe in respecting everyone, especially in a work environment. Maybe the termination was warranted, however a public display of the event in front of the customers made it look very personal.Ofcourse the server was a person of colour. That definitely touched a nerve. I immigrated to Canada 15 years ago and served at many restaurants during my student days, I’ve always had a good experience with customers but management would always treat me less than adequate. This reminded me of my past experience, dejavu.Whatever the reason for termination was, it shouldn’t have been public. There should be an HR protocol for such scenarios. I hope the server sues the management for public defamation.I do not support a toxic work environment. I’m not coming back here.

We went to this restaurant about a month ago and it was great!Today the menu was to totally different with the meals we were hoping for taken offSo unorganizedMy husbands food wasn’t cooked properly. We had to ask for utensils and ketchup. We asked and was told new owners…they better step up ….

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The standout feature of my visit was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and warm demeanor truly made me feel like a valued guest. The friendly and attentive staff, coupled with the mouthwatering cuisine, creates an ambiance that will leave you feeling pampered and satisfied.

I witnessed a server being yelled at and fired by management during my visit yesterday. This was a disappointing experience and I hope that proper protocols are followed in the future. It is important to treat people with respect and kindness especially in the service industry. Definitely will not be back at this location.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Shoeless Joe's Sports Grill (Orangeville location), and I must say it was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this establishment had some serious issues, primarily stemming from its management and their unprofessional behaviour.To make matters worse, it became apparent that the management had no regard for their employees' well-being. I witnessed a shocking incident where a staff member was publicly fired in front of customers, creating a hostile and awkward environment. It was not only unprofessional but also deeply disturbing to witness such a callous display of power to publicly humiliate an employee. On top of this, the employee was fired merely for asking the manager a question. The manager's behaviour shows a complete lack of respect for the individuals who work tirelessly to keep the restaurant running smoothly.Given the evident mismanagement and the appalling treatment of their employees, it is no wonder that this restaurant fails to meet even the most basic standards of customer service. It's clear that the management's priorities lie elsewhere, and they have little regard for creating a positive dining experience.I strongly advise potential diners to steer clear of Shoeless Joe's Orangeville location. Save your time and money for establishments that prioritize customer satisfaction and respect their staff. There are countless other options in the area that will provide a far more enjoyable and satisfying dining experience.

Walked in, service was slow to be seated. Sat down. Waitress came took drink order and food order. Food came. No utensils or condiments so had to ask for them once we had food. My meal was the Maple Bacon Ranch Tenders special. I asked if it was sweet. Waitress did not know.Meal was horrible. Sweet and soggy. I told Waitress as she asked how it was. I told her would not recommend at all. Coleslaw was awful.Very disappointed as have been to Shoeless Joe's previously and loved the Chicken tenders I had as they were huge but this meal was horrible.Waitress offered a sorry nothing else. Paid full price

The food was just okay and we weren't brought side plates, napkins, drink menu, etc. Also the patio and the floor inside were covered in garbage. They gave my toddler crayons and paper which was nice.

Shoeless Joe's Sports Grill
Came here about a week ago and ordered a custom burger with fries. My friend ordered chicken wings. I found my burger to be over cooked and the fries to be very starchy. The wings also had much to be desired. Overall the food quality wasn’t horrible but could be improved.Other than that, the service was excellent! Our server was very kind, professional and attentive to our needs.

Shoeless Joe's Sports Grill
Food was not the same as the description on the menu. Greasy soggy nan bread for dipping??The patio was terrible. Had dead dried planters hanging. The big planter in the corner was overgrown with weeds. Tables all had coasters under them to level them out.The bright side was a very hardworking young man! Who tried to please, but it was beyond his control. I would NEVER go back!
