From the day i bought the Qashqai, the salesperson, the director of finance, the receptionist and the service advisor at my first oil change… so well treated. Very bad customer service! I bought a car with another dealership and when I called this dealership for some answers, since I was still under warranty, they did not want to answer me. They didn't want to help me or make an appointment to check my car. AVOID!

Amazing Service from the phone call to our first face to face encounters. Very respectful, comfortable and professional environment. My matter was resolved in a timely manner, plus I had the chance to speak with knowledgeable individuals that were able to satisfy my curiosity about the mechanics and new models. I strongly recommend to go there before even thinking on other options.
