George Richards Big & Tall

So it's been 2 years since I've been to this location and last time the older gentleman had me feeling like a criminal the way I was treated...BUT today I had the best experience shopping at this location. I cannot remember his name but he was a tall Indian guy who helped me out matter of fact the entire crew that was there today around 12 was such a joy! I will be back and I hope this crew keeps the good work up. Total night and day from my last experience.

I dislike shopping for clothes but I had to shop for clothes for a wedding, Alicia was very helpful and made everything so easy!She helped me find my whole outfit and the right sizes.Thank you so much!(Receipt date: 27/04/22 3:45 PM)

Great store for clothing however I do wish they had just plain white polo shirts

Well I couldn't give a review. I came into the store I have 3 daughters getting married from this year til next. Add to funerals and business meetings.In life I dress fairly blue collar as does my wife. But we came to by a suit and looked around. With not as much as an acknowledgement that we were there. I went to Moores where I spent a grand.Too bad I have bought suits from Tip Top in the past. Obviously a while back. You don't have to look rich to have money.My daughters wedding as such, will be getting all their suits from Moores as well.I'm in the sales business, so a sense of urgency or at the very least a hey can I help you with anything is very basic requirement.

10/10 recommend buying clothes here! Great selection and phenomenal customer service. Came into the Rodeo Dr. Mississauga store in a jam needing a white dress shirt for a wedding in a few hours and Dilavar had me in & out with the right fit in under 20min. He was very helpful and accommodating. Will be returning again for any of my clothing needs. Thank you again Dilavar!!

Worst service ever for first time shopping here. People working there had no idea what they are doing, don’t know how to refund, took almost an hour, then made us buy something for trying it on, no sign stating that we couldn’t try it on so we bought it to return it (stupid) again no idea what they were doing on the return, then tried to make us go to the store in Cambridge so yea, not shopping here again thanks but no thanks. Rather watch paint dry then shop here again.

Honestly, the best experience I’ve had from a customer sales representative. Linda knew my exact size just from eye balling and she was dead on each time. Really friendly and super professional.

The warm welcome and the smile through the eyes was as“ Yes we want you as a customer „I could find my sizes with the help and was very happy with the tips and tricks I got. The Shop has hidden treasure only thing is to go around and look. The prices are $$~$$$ with different discounts. The gentle man with Grey hair and very soft spoken has a good experience, I was happy to see a experienced Staff with no pushing around.Although I left no trace but will definitely visit again. One little thing if I don’t want to give my email I don’t want to…the extra asking again and again from the Lady was not my kindThank you for the Great Service and I love my Pullover

Shop the sales there is always something going on. Staff here are very good at helping.

Linda Linda oh Linda what would i do without Linda i have been in the real estate and mortgage business for years and i have never seen anyone with such integrity and class. Some people make you feel like a million bucks, but Linda makes you feel priceless. Someone give her a raise or i will take this employee off your hands. Truly 1 in a trillion.
