Lakeside Pools and Spas Kingston

We, much like many others these days, started our search for a hot tub only recently. Although we've been casually looking for years, this was the time. We paid a visit to many of the retailers in the area and settled on Lakeside Pools.Situated in a relatively small location compared to others, their available selection was equal to the others. We lucked upon the right tub there. After considering many of the features of all the tubs, price came near the bottom. The warranty is far longer on the Coast Spas tub.The delivery team was great and were very careful to consider our view when situating the tub. They placed it in a way that mae the tub both accessible, and so that the cover and lifter did not impede our view of the lake. It also adds some privacy and wind break.Chelsea and Gerry gave us a thorough orientation and were sure to remind us that support is only a phone call away....which Chelsea had already provided upon our first start-up of the tub.Well done Lakeside!

We had an excellent experience with Lakeside. From helping us choose our hot tub to delivery and installation. They are friendly and knowledgeable. Good customer service is not a given anymore but we really felt like they cared. They were prompt in there responses to our inquiries and always took time to answer questions. We would highly recommend them!

Lakeside is a Local business with Old Fashion Customer service.Can't say enough !!...Gerry, our salesman , was Professional & Honest about cost & delivery.We received our Coastal Spa & love it!!We have 3 adult children with partners & they all commented on how spacious the Spa was.Thank you to all staff who installed the Spa & Chelsea who gave me instructions on maintaining the Spa.Thanks again Peter & Gerry , our Family will get plenty of use out of this Spa!#Buy Canadian.

Lakeside Pools offer good value and excellent after sale service from the Lakeside Staff. We purchased a swim spa in 2020, received in 2022(late because of Covid and supply chain issues)and so far it has been a good experience. I cannot comment yet on the actual spa performance since we received it late in the year, and there hasn’t been enough time to provide a complete assessment.Tom Gillson

I purchased a hot tub from Lakeside almost 5 years ago. I called with an issue relating to a cracked cover on a diverter which was now spewing water every time pump 2 started. Cole came over right after work the same day with a replacement part he took from one of the other tubs as the part was going to take 2 weeks to arrive. The service blew me away, and on top of that, there was no charge. He said this was going to be a warranty item and he would look after it. If Google would allow me to give Lakeside 6 stars out of 5, I would. I am very happy we choose to purchase from them.

After looking around town for a hot tub I discovered the new vanishing edge spas at Lakeside Pools. I then purchased an amazing Coast Infinity Edge Spa from Lakeside Pools Kingston.Leslie, Peter and Shawn are amazing to deal with. Very friendly and always available to answer any questions. Very prompt service.We are now having a blast with the new Coast Horizon Spa.I highly recommend Coast Spas and Lakeside Pools Kingston.

We purchased a Coast Swim Spa and despite manufacturing delays, Lakeside was excellent and professional to deal with and kept us well informed along the way.. They have delivered on everything we expected. Gerry is a person of integrity and Chelsea is very knowledgeable, personable and helpful. The Spa was recently delivered and we totally enjoy it, it appears to be of the highest quality and is easy to use, particularly after the orientation Chelsea provided. I would highly recommend Lakeside Pools to anyone, and already have.

I had problems with the clarity of my pool last year, and was told the sand needed to be changed. After going through with this service (which was done by someone in training who was continually told to be very careful with this very delicate part of the pump), I noticed I had sand coming out of my jets which was abnormal and had not previously happened. As the end of the season was approaching, I was told that a service call would be done the following season (summer 2022), and that an appointment was set in their books.Not only did they not come for this service, they have been unsuccessful in helping me with any other concerns with my pool. I had left my pool running constantly to try and clear it up, and noticed my pump was overheating and that there was a small leak. After mentioning these problems to them, they came while I was out of town and fixed the leak with more fees than originally discussed, and further did not fix the problem with my pump overheating. To fix the leak, they ended up simply removing a part (rendering my heater unusable) and still to date have not returned the part, and re-attatched it.Even after speaking with the owner, Peter, he denies there are any problems with my filter and the sand, and though he did reimburse me for the service call for the leak, with the reason cited “to please customer”, I am still having issues with my filter, and sand is still coming out of my jets.This has led to many problems with circulation, algae growth, and other stressors. Thankfully I am working with another company to rectify these issues, however I would not recommend Lakeside’s services after what I have experienced.
