Got the mad over matcha or something like that. Actually pretty good. Protein shakes usually taste like trash but I still drink them because gains, but this actually tasted pretty good. Friendly and fast service.

Stood at the counter while the lady sat on her phone. Such bad customer service it’s clear she doesn’t care to be there. My smoothie was watery and had no flavour because she kept adding ice.

I always get my pea(not) butter smoothie at this location and it is always great. However, this one time it was completely ruined. Not frozen at all and tasted like berries. I complained and was told that that’s how it is. I asked for a new one since the girl clearly didn’t know what she was doing. She asked if unwashed going to pay for the new one and then she said she wouldn’t make me a new one. Awful costumer Service. I’m never going back to that location. Lost a recurrent costumer.

Always friendly service when I go there :) I'm used to smoothies not being blended fully at other locations, but it's always good here!

I think these guys could use some customer service skills. No ice means they will shrink your smoothie size and if you tell them that it doesn’t taste like it usually does, they will say thats what the recipe is and wont admit that they put one ingredient more than the rest.

I just came to this location at 4:45pm on a Monday, on March 1st. Unfortunately, I had to throw out the smoothie I paid $9.00 for. It was not the right size I ordered, and it only had matcha and ice. Who orders a smoothie with only matcha and ice? Like c'mon... really...... really....... the customer next to me gave me a look of disappointment and warning about the service, the employee didn't even respond to his thank you. I should have took this as a warning. Never coming back here again. If I'm gonna spend $9 on a smoothie, just get it at least half right is all I ask. Bruh, she didn't even bother to put bananas.....

The juices were made well and the young Asian employee was very pleasant and working as fast as she could, but they were understaffed. 1 employee on a Saturday morning. Waited 25 mins for my juice…
