Guerard's Furniture

This is a very nice store. They have some very unique pieces and it's easy to walk through. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The price point is somewhat higher but the quality seems to be worth the price. It's worth a look.

Since moving to Penticton 7 months ago, we have bought a number of pieces of furniture from Guerard's. Our service from Helen and Trevor has been fantastic. It is clear they love what they do. As well, the deliveries have always been on time and with no problems. We will definitely continue to buy our furniture at Guerard's.

Awesome service from Jessica in sales, the management, and the delivery staff at Guerard's Fine Furniture in Penticton. I love my new 'Mountain series' sofa in granite green. Canadian-made Van Gogh Furniture is a perfect size for curling up with my pooch, Sparky, a good mystery novel, and a glass of Okanagan wine. I highly recommend Guerard's Fine Furniture.

A five star rating is not high enough for the quality of service we received throughout our experience with Guerard’s Fine Furniture. The level of customer service, attention to detail, product knowledge and warm friendly service we received was second to none. We never felt like customers, but more like family.

I purchased a sofa from Guerard's and was blown away by how patient and helpful the staff were in helping me find the perfect fit for my living room. I went the route of a special order, which was to take about 6 weeks. What I was particularly impressed with was how Guerard's would check in with me a few times over the course of the 6 weeks to tell me where in the production and shipping cycle my sofa was. I was given plenty of notice to schedule the delivery and I was equally impressed with the professionalism and special care the delivery team took with my sofa. About a week later, I noticed something wasn't quite right with my sofa. This was no fault of Guerard's, it was an issue stemming from the manufacturer. When I called Guerard's they dealt with the issue immediately, making arrangements to get my sofa repaired within days, locally. I was without my new sofa for only a few hours. Had I purchased my sofa from a big box store, I know I would have never received that kind of service. I tell all my friends about Guerard's now!

As a newcomer to the Okanagan, I can only call it a stroke of luck to have found this business. I was looking for a new sofa and was becoming frustrated with dealing with the chain" and "box" stores. Service was just not a word in their vocabulary. At Guerard's everything changed - especially when Jessica answered the phone and insisted that I bring my dog with me while shopping.Yes - I paid a "little" extra but the service I received was phenomenal and I believe all consumers need to support their local businesses.Because of current supply chain problems there was going to be a wait for my sofa - they solved it by giving me a "loaner". That sealed the deal. Suffice it to say my sofa arrived well before the estimated date. It was in perfect shape. The delivery folks were incredible. Service oozes from this business and I will put Guerard's at the forefront for any future furniture requirements. Great people. Great service. Thanks Jessica to you and the rest of the staff."
