I needed my winter tires changed and my technician was very friendly, polite, and efficient. They did the job well and I would definitely use them again in the future.

First time that we decided to try having our winter tires switched over to summer tires by a mobile service. Cody was on time and switched the tires on both cars right in the drive way. He was very profession and careful. Would use this service again as it very convenient.

Cody was on time, very efficient and explained just what was need to fix our vehicle. He did so very quickly and our problem was solved…outstanding job, outstanding service…we will definitely use this company again if needed!!

This was my first GoWrench visit and it is far and away, the best automotive repair experience I've ever encountered. Cody turned up at the appointed time ready to go, completing a significant amount of work in just a few short hours. I've taken similar-sized jobs into independent garages and to auto dealer service centres before, and they would have kept the car for days to complete the same job. I was very impressed with the speed and the quality of the work. Additionally, the pricing was noticeably less than what I was expecting based on previous trips to other garages. They were very comfortable with text messaging to work out the final details which made the demand on my time and attention very light. I am certainly grateful for that. Gone are the days of playing voicemail tag with the garage to hear a long story in an attempt to upsell you. GoWrench is direct in its messaging about the situation, offering options at different price points. This made decision-making easy. I felt involved in the process instead of having the situation happen to me as is the case with other garages. Came to our home and exchanged our winter tire out for our summer tires. Friendly and professional 5 star service. The gentleman that worked on our car was outstanding, he was on time and let me know when he would be there with a 5 minute text notice (awesome) and did a great job. Will definitely use the service again in the fall. I can highly recommend from my experience.

Although he was having a busy day and running late, the service tech was friendly and courteous. The call to lens know about the arrival time was appreciated! Great job!
