I have been getting massages regularly for years to help prevent repetitive strain injuries in my neck, shoulders and arms. I have seen Karin (the owner of this clinic) several times now and I am very impressed. Tight muscles can lead to very unpleasant experiences when trying to massage them out, but Karin knows how to release muscles in a way that is more gentle. I feel just as good as when I had more painful massage experiences in the past and enjoy my time on the table. I am very impressed.

I had a wonderful massage today from Nadine. I feel fantastic, Thai massages are my favorite. Everyone should go to this place, and I definitely suggest making appointments with Nadine because she is a true professional.

I have been seeing Ally for years now. She is amazing and one of the best massage therapists to help me stay mobile and pain free. Her hours are very accommodating to any schedule. She is super friendly, very knowledgeable and will always make recommendations for stretching. Ally is my miracle worker! You won’t be disappointed by her healing talents! Five star massage therapist!The clinic is a neat space too. I love the feeling in there. As soon as you walk in you feel the relaxation atmosphere. They offer many services and have a variety of practitioners. I also want to give a shout out to Joshua, several times I have seen him as well. He is another talented massage therapist at this location.

I've been going to see Rachel for acupuncture sessions over the last couple of months and it has been a great experience! She's taken the time to get to know me and understand my therapeutic needs. I feel so much better mentally and physically from going to see hear. I've also visited Healing Connections over the years for massage appointments from Ally and have always had a great experience. All the staff genuinely cares and makes an effort to provide the best service possible. Highly recommended!!

I have a 6 week old daughter who has been colicky, crying and keeping us up a ton. We went and saw Kim for baby Bowen and the experience was fantastic. The space is beautiful, calming and clean. The staff were warm and welcoming. Kim has a genuinely caring, understanding and welcoming energy and demeanour, and she absolutely knows her stuff.The treatment was a great experience and highly effective. Her fight or flight response is gone, her digestive system is working more smoothly and she is in less pain and letting us sleep finally. I am so thankful to Kim and that I went to see her for baby Bowen. I highly recommend her services and Healing Connections. I am going to go back to see her for myself.

Honestly, Denisse gives the best, most relaxing massage I’ve had in years. She is definitely an expert.

I started seeing Coleen for reiki and reflexology. I was skeptical at first as I’ve never had these service before but I wanted to try them. She is very informative and took her time to make sure I understood the process. I’ve had my second appointment with her and had some progress, opened up my chakras and feel good.

It was my first time seeing Swapna for a facial massage and it won't be my last!!! Didn't know what to expect but I had the best facial massage. I was able to relax and enjoy it to the fullest. I love that she told me to pay attention to my breath while she worked on my face. As well, the reiki to end the session was amazing. My skin is smooth, hydrated and well nourished. I feel very rejuvenated and calm. Thank you Swapna!

I had appointment with Coleen for reiki. I was skeptical at first as I’ve never had these service before but I wanted to try them. She is very informative and took her time to make sure I understood the process. She helped me to open up my chakras and now i don't feel fatigue or drowsy, i do feel active and good now.
